This store needs major polishing. I had a very disappointing experience at my one and only visit to the SW boutique store in the galleria mall(Houston). I was so upset by it that I called the store the following week to make the manager aware of what happened. *one incident that made my visit a bad one were things like, me asking the sales woman how much a shoe was(from afar, while pointing at it) and her replying with«it’s on the bottom of the shoe. If you want to know price look at the bottom of the shoe» while she stood there. Didn’t bother to help at all* Back to my phone call with the manager… It went well, the manager was apologetic, seemed concerned… I mentioned to her that I have never shopped SW before and she said«oh wow. May I have your address? I want to send you something» I gave her my address & we ended the phone call. Let me preface by saying that I in no way requested or expected any kind of offer or gift; however, what I received in the mail was an absolute insult. She sent me the most effortless/thoughtless gift: a candle that has been burned already(the wick is black), that also had black residue on the outside, with no note. Just a pre used candle. I was in shock. I will never shop SW, I would rather give my money to other designers. If you want to shop SW go to Nordstroms or Saks for it.

This store is fantastic! My mom and I have been loyal shoppers for years and will continue to be. The sales people are always willing to go above and beyond in helping us find the right shoe no matter if its on sale or not. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a great pair of Stuart shoes!

I love me some Stuart shoes. And this boutique never fails to disappoint me. They’re always having some kind of sale, so you get really excited and then there’s the let down. Here’s why you shouldn’t even bother going in there: *The shoes tend to be leftovers from what department stores couldn’t sell *The salespeople are always, always, always on the phone and never bother to help *The shoes that are on sale are always the hideous ones that no one wants anyway You might as well walk a bit further to one of the department stores that carry Stuart’s(I’m a Nordie’s gal myself) and get decent service and a better selection. As much as I love this line, it isn’t worth it for me to waste my time going in there and being snubbed by their leftover shoes and lazy salespeople.
