The Worst Starbucks experience. Register gal couldn’t remember her employee login, then locked herself out. Poor baristas lacked training and were understaffed. Was Frustrated that it Took 15 minutes to mess up, then remake, then offer to again remake my drink, which ended up still incorrect and also made me late for my flight, which planted me in a middle seat in the last row of the plane… Thanks Starbucks at Hobby Airport. I’ll unfortunately be visiting you again soon(because I have no other choice) only next time, I’ll plan for the 15 minute wait-time.

I can’t give one star because they at least got half my order right. There are 6 people behind the counter. It was just bad service and the cashiers were not nice. I think people were afraid to take their drinks back because they didn’t want to deal with the people behind the counter. Oh well. Maybe better organization and they would have been fine. I’m not a crazy Starbucks lady. I got a half black tea Half lemonade… They forgot the lemonade. The struggle is real at the airport.

I’m always thankful for a Starbucks, so I hate to ever give bad reviews. However, I thought for the amount of people working and the length of the line, they moved pretty darn slow. When I ordered my drink, the cashier repeated it back to me twice incorrectly and I had to correct her. I wasn’t sure if she wasn’t listening, or was a new employee, but it was a little frustrating especially since I just ordered a non-fat cinnamon dolce latte. This means NONFATMILK — FULLSUGARSYRUP. If I wanted SUGARFREESYRUP I would ask for a SKINNY latte! They did get my drink correct after the confusion, so at least there was that. Just didn’t care of the long wait.

Much to be desired. Glad to see a Starbucks in Hobby; but the staff is incredibly rude. Had to repeat my order THREE times due to the staffs conversation regarding someone’s child support. Is it wrong to expect better service at $ 6 a cup?

I asked for a white hot chocolate(as in a white chocolate hot chocolate) and I was given a hot chocolate with eggnog flavor. I’m only giving a 2 because at least it was hot.
