As you walk in the store looks great until you start paying attention to the little details. I sat at Starbucks for a while and was swarmed with 3 flies. Then I realized that there were white ants near the borders. It makes me wonder how tidy they keep this place

Pretty good location, area been needing a Starbucks for years. Nice, pretty and new Starbucks I’ve been coming here since it opens, many ongoing issues. Especially training in the drive thru, so you are forewarned. Employees not knowing the basic drink menu. Rushing drinks to not be made correctly. Many inconsistency for this type of store. Check your drinks to made correctly before leave. Maybe they are overwhelmed with the orders… As of right now it’s a hit or miss, for a franchise that should not be the case. I will update in a couple months to see any difference yet.

I appreciate the location and layout of this starbucks. I appreciate the cleanliness, sofa couches, welcoming-feel and abundance outlets. I dont, however, appreciate the unfriendly, rude, and unskilled baristas. My drive-thru order, java chip frappé, came out drippy n watery and when I decided to u-turn, park, n go inside to ask them to remake it. since i did shell out over $ 5 for a cup of coffee, the employee was not only uneager to resolve the issue but rather rude. I was apologetic for inconveniencing her, thanked her afterwards and she Still treated as if it was my fault that the drink She made was basically a melted milkshake. As high volume as the galleria post oak location is, they employ such blissful, joyful baristas. This westchase locations needs a day or two training there to take in that vibe. Probably the worst starbucks ive been to and its truly unfortunate since this location is new and already staffed with sub par employees. Management needs to straighten this behavior out asap before it spreads n becomes the norm. Please dont let that happen. Please!

I was making a quick stop before work to pick up one of those reusable cups they sell for $ 1 to have at work etc.(they’re pretty great for these reasons btw!) Line was a bit slow but from what I saw it was more of the customer than the cashier. The woman that was in front of me ordering with this technique that included grunting and pointing to the pastry display from a couple feet away, in whispered tones.“that one” and I couldn’t help but laugh! Like imagine this cashier’s reactions… LOL lady if you’re reading this– don’t do that shit. It’s not the best way to order things. He clearly mentioned to me that he was new so I was like okay I get it. Even cheered him on as he was struggling a bit finding the cups for me. I get it, we’ve all been there. His manager &/or supervisor helped when she saw he needed assistance and I got my drink promptly. Overall though, was a good visit. Seemed clean in there. Hopefully the reviews/ratings get better for them with a little improvement

I was super excited to see this Starbucks open since it’s the closest one to where I live and it’s convenience since it’s on my way to school. So far I have only gone through the drive-through. From my experience the staff was friendly. I was surprised at how fast my breakfast sandwich came out. The guy also reloaded my Starbucks card since the balance was running low. I definitely need to go back and go inside to see if it’s the same service.

I am really disappointed with this location. I walk in .no greeting. .nothing. I was only one in line and I guess everyone was serving the drive thru customers. I am a customer service junkie. First rule. Greet the customer! I walked out and I won’t be back!

One of the worst Starbucks locations. Staff is unfriendly and seem«high». Asked for a sugar cookie and received a toffee doodle cookie. Service is sooooo slow… Interior is nice and new.

This Starbucks is the worst one ever! It’s extremely slow and so rude! And not only that, they can’t even make the drinks right! It’s one thing to wait for so long but it’s another thing to wait 30+mins for bad coffee. It’s a shame and they should really get their shit together. It’s such a great convenient location and Starbucks is way too good to get a bad reputation due to a bad shop.

First time here and have to say… WORSTONE I BEENTO. I understand it new and most of the staff are slow at first but really I waited 30 minutes to order when it was our turn to order, we walk up to the cashier and wait again because he went and do «stuff». So when other person step in to take order she ignored us completely and took the order of the next person in line then the next… like«HELLO!!! I’m standing next to you by a cashier…» I wasn’t have any of this shiz and say somewhat low but enough for them to hear«let go not buying shiz drink here» I refuse to get a drink even if I wasted 40 minutes of my life Also a new place with a broken restroom lock come on people…

This location needs some serious help. They’ve never been the quickest but today took the cake. I pulled in and he drive they was packed, I decided I was gong to go inside. Well, when I tried to open the door it was locked. Apparently, you could only go through the drive thru because so many people called in sick only 2 of their employees showed up to work today. God bless those 2 because they were in there working their butts off as it continued to get more crowded. They were still having to handle the drive thru AND mobile phone orders. Those 2 employees deserve a raise. This location has had a ton of problems since they opened. Everyone at my office complains about how slow they are and how they often get orders wrong. Someone help this location and someone give those 2 employees a raise!

Don’t come to this Starbucks if you want to study. The Wifi doesn’t work well. This place has the worst Wifi I have ever seen at a Starbucks. I’m here right now and it’s astonishingly slow. If you need the internet to study, don’t come here. This place is a couple blocks from my work and the slow internet has been consistent

Nice & Clean/Friendly Staff/Unique Floor Plan The atmosphere is very chill. Only negative is it is extra cold inside!!! I don’t know if that is to keep people awake or what but they can adjust that just a little, that would be great This location is close to be so I will be coming here more often.

I thought I could beat the long drive thru line but I was WRONG! I first had to wait to get order taken while I was just standing at the register for 10 minutes. I then had to wait 10 minutes for a frappé and croissant. Also to TOPITOFF a lady comes in 10 minutes after I have been waiting for my coffee and she gets hers before mine. The total time of my waiting the drive thru line had gone by and another one built up. I do NOT recommend going to this place during you’re break or anything. I work in the west chase district area you would think it would take no time just to get in and get out. If they want to be successful in this area they need to get it together ASAP!!!

Was so excited to see a Starbucks in Chinatown area since the one on Bellaire closed. Location is good but the access points are a little difficult. Drive thru is ok except when there is a long line the traffic will either block Harwin or the parking spots in the lot. Wanted to order a Very Berry Hibiscus refresher but all they had was Cool Lime. I decided to give it a try. Not refreshing after all… Had a weird after taste and the limes look old. I hope they have better stock for future customers.

Probably one of the best Starbucks locations that I’ve been to in Houston. This is a brand new Starbucks as of this writing, and the layout alone shows something that is clearly unique than many of its Houston counterparts(I’m talking particularly about you, N. Main Street location). First things first. If staying at the SpringHill Suites next door, this Starbucks is literally a stone’s throw away. In fact, I took 77 steps(using my FitBit) and was at Starbuck’s front door upon leaving the SpringHill side exit. Starbucks is pretty much off of Beltway 8 in the Westchase area and NOT in a depressed or shady area, unless you consider such nearby companies of Jacobs Technologies & others shady. The area is pretty much a corporate corridor. This store is not open 24 hours, unlike its Galleria & Post Oak Blvd counterpart. Starbuck’s interior layout really stands out here. Wide open spaces, with two long bench areas for large groups to sit at, followed by regular tables. Yet the hidden gem within this store may be the lounge area next to the bathrooms. There aren’t any plugs nearby, which is probably by design in order to discourage laptop users or those that want to charge their devices. The lounge area has several leather-bound chairs, as well as small tables solely for the purpose of kicking back & relaxing. Just don’t take your shoes off, people. The product here is consistently good, along with the customer service. It’s an enjoyable experience when you chat with baristas that actually enjoy working here, in addition to demonstrating that«Houston Nice» attitude. If Beltway 8 wasn’t so expensive with its tolls, I’d be here everyday while on business. Why can’t all Houston-area Starbucks be like this one?

Went for the First time and service was Terrible. The store was Under Staffed for the Morning Rush crowd. Only 1 barista and very long lines ordering and a crowd forming on those waiting for drinks. Barista did not show no Urgency and Speed. District Manager should properly hire enough people for the 6am to 9am shift. I guess a New Store doesn’t mean Good Service

It’s beautiful inside and very spacious. Great incentive for those staying at the Springhill suites by Marriott next door. Area is a little shady so be extra careful but besides that the location is very conveniently located. They have a huge sitting area and a semi-private seating area with leather sofas. It opened first week Jan.2016.

Clean interior, and very spacious, with lots of tables! Perfect place to come do work, because even full, the place was fairly quiet. The baristas greeted me at the very moment I entered the store, despite the lobby being extremely busy, so this is a definite plus! Service is fast! Drive-thru seemed to be moving quickly from what I observed! Overall, great location!!!
