What an unprofessional office. I called and tried to book an appointment for my husband and I spoke with «Michelle». My insurances information plainly states that this MD is taking new patients and I made sure of that before I called. She informed me that they were in fact not taking new patients and when I asked why they’re still telling insurance companies that they are taking new patients she said «have a good day, bye»…really? Is that really the type of customer service you guys offer? What an awful experience she was snippy and rude from the beginning of the call to the end. I called back and asked why she rudely hung up on me while I was still talking and she tried to argue with me saying she didn’t hang up because she said «bye»…incompetent much? I will be telling everyone I know.
