Stamax Limousine & Town Car Service

I would highly recommend Stamax car service. The price and level of service are hard to beat. Raphael our driver was on time and professional. The Lincoln was clean and comfortable. We arrived at the airport with time to spare. A week later Raphael was waiting in the baggage area with the sign bearing my name. I will certainly be using them again!

Samson took care of me on my first trip with his company. He arrived 5 min early to pick us up and on the way we told him that we would need a ride again in 2 weeks and gave him our return flight number. He was waiting at the terminal two weeks later and when we came out and saw us before we saw him. Extremely professional from start to finish. We would definitely use him again.

Let me start off this guy in a genuine. I booked one week ahead and he kept all his words, he even reply all my text too. We flew from Newark to HIA then drive to Galveston terminal. He was on time and prompt. I highly recommend this company.

Make sure you provide a domestic number in case the driver can’t find you.

I found Stamax on Unilocal and I’m VERY pleased. Not only did Samson quote me the least expensive amount (compared to other companies), he was extremely professional and my boss (CEO of a very large oil company) was very happy. I called last minute (same day) and it was a long trip (about 60 miles), but it was handled with the utmost professionalism. Thank you! I will definitely use them again.

We had a VERY early flight so the only option to getting to the airport was a car service. After reading reviews on several companies I gave Stamax a call. They were one of the only companies that would even pick us up before 4am and their prices were better than everyone else. The driver showed up right at the scheduled pick up time and even texted me when he was on his way, which I appreciated. The car was very clean and our driver was very courteous and friendly. All in all I would definitely use them again.

Update… I was confused and I did apologize to him in person. Samson was very professional and courteous and I enjoyed the ride that I received. I was coming into town to surprise my mom for mothers day and he really did go above and beyond and I did appreciate that very much. Again, I apologize and I hope anyone that reads this negative review will disregard. It was my fault I did no hear correctly and I will use his service again, if he let’s me.
Got a quote on the phone for $ 60 +20% gratuity… great deal! Received confirmation for $ 130 + 20% gratuity… bad deal! I was told I must have talked to another car service. They were the only car service I called based on their 4-​star rating. I won’t be using them ever.

This company is so professional. I called just a few hours before I needed a pick up to the airport, and they were there! Highly recommend. Tom was great.

Our driver Ajani text us 2 hours prior to our pickup and was 15 mins early. He was great during the drive from our hotel to the cruise terminal. We would definitely use them again!

On time. Nice vehicles. Good drivers. Very competitive fare Our family visit to Galveston for a cruise had a stop over the nite before and a couple of nights after. Devon was waiting for us as soon as off the plane. Samson was on time and got us back to the airport with lots of time to spare. Great Service.

Spectacular service! We used Sampson twice to get to the airport. Both times he showed up earlier than promised and his driving and professionalism was appreciated and is unsurpassed. On top of it all, Sampson is a genuine and gracious person.

My friend Linda Hammond and I used this service to take us back to the Airport, after spending 10 days in Downtown Houston for the International Quilt Festival in 2013. We are coming again this year and would like to have him pick us up.

Excellent service!!! Sometimes you worry that the car won’t show up… Sampson was right on time for my early morning pick up for transport to Hobby Airport. He was very professional, friendly and the car was clean. The price was very reasonable. What more can you ask for? I will definitely call this company the next time I need a car.

I needed a car to take my 16-​year old daughter to the airport. Samson took my reservation over the phone, and dealt calmly with my own reservations over having a stranger drive my daughter, without me. I was able to pay for the car from Chicago, so my daughter did not have anything to worry about.
My daughter reports the car arrived on time, it was very clean, Samson was extremely nice and she felt safe. 5 stars.

I needed a car to take my Mother to the airport. Reservation made with Stamax over the phone with 24 hours notice. Stamax took down address, and
called back with price to go to Bush Intercontinental.
Car showed up on time. Car was clean inside and out. My Mom didn’t lift a bag. Ride to the airport was smooth and stress free.

We were new to houston and I needed a pick up for my wife and 3 yr old flying into IAH. I looked up Stamax on Unilocal and called them. I called and spoke to Samson who was probably out and busy at that time. He said he’d call me back but I did not receive a call back. I called again and he apologized for not calling me earlier. Asked me to text him the flight details. I was really unsure of what to make of it as there was no confirmation email or anything as proof of reservation, neither did he take a credit card for him to hold the reservation against.
Next day I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had tracked my wife’s flight and picked her up on time and dropped her to the address requested. Joseph was the driver and he was very courteous and very respectful and very helpful with the luggage.
I am late in writing this review as I received this service in the first week of April. It has been on my mind to write and recommend this service to anyone looking for a safe, reliable and courteous ride around houston. I will certainly be using them again.

I also found Stamax through Unilocal reviews. We lived in Australia and were relocating back to Houston Texas. My husband and I had a total of 6 large suitcases, two carry on suitcases, a backpack and duffle bag. Samson met us with a sign with our name on it (a tablet). He waited very patiently for our luggage to come off the plane. It did take forever. Samson helped my husband load the luggage on the cart as well as push it to the limo.
I had a huge concern of not being able to find someone with a large enough vehicle for all our luggage. No problems for Stamax. We traveled in a perfect extremely clean vehicle. Samson was a gentleman and helped constantly. We needed all the help we could get after traveling for 30 hours!
I will surely recommend Stamax to all my friends!

We found Stamax through their Unilocal reviews and are so glad we did. What a wonderful company. They provided transportation to and from IAH. Our driver, Joseph was polite and waiting for us with an iPad with our name on it. we got through rush hour traffic with no problem. When we left on Sunday, Joseph was there to take us back.

My husband and I found Stamax when we realized that taking a taxi from Cinco Ranch to IAH was going to be ridiculously expensive. We called and booked with about 3 days notice for a Saturday 7am pickup. Sampson was on time and had a clean car. Since we knew we were heading out on vacation, he’d even brought a few things to make morning cocktails, if we were interested. We declined, but we’re touched anyway.
Since then, we’ve used him on several occasions, all of which have been as equally successful and professional. This is the only company I use.

Samson is the best! We needed a towncar to take us from our wedding reception to the hotel. I didn’t want to rent a limo to use for 45 min on a Saturday night. He was on time, had all our stuff in the car, and dropped us off and wished us well. The car was clean, no smoke smell and reasonably priced. No fuss. Very reliable and all the Unilocal reviews are not wrong.
I would hire him again =)
