After being a customer of another service provider for eleven years I switched to Sprint at this store and had great service. The reps were very helpful and knowledgable about the service and product. They used their personal phones to show me what certain cases would look like on my phone and brought out returned phones so I could hold them, all without me asking.

I like Sprint as a whole. I’ve stayed with them for almost five years now, so it’s not about Sprint’s plans and phones, which sometimes are way too pricey for my taste. It’s about how ineffective these guys were when I just wanted to cancel a phone. The Sprint Rep pulls me up and tells me it can be done. He then goes on a tirade about how it can’t be done. Not even the district manager could do it! When I showed him the Sprint Contract that stated… yes it could be done and the fees associated with it, he was flabbergasted and told me to call Sprint Customer Care line. And if they tell him that he can do it, he’ll get his manager to immediately tell the Sprint Representative that they lack any and all ability to take care of this request. Down two three stations from me another customer was being helped and they too couldn’t help her for another issue and had her on the Customer Sprint Care line on Speaker Phone. Why would you want your customer to have their private information spoken aloud by the Sprint Care Customer? So, I tell the guy I would be calling the Sprint Customer Care line and guess what? They told me they were suppose to have handled this request as it wasn’t something that couldn’t be done in a Sprint Store. In fact it was ENCOURAGED to be completed at a Sprint Store, but the phone rep helped me out and was much more professional and helpful than the guy I had to deal with. I can only infer the false protests of not being able to cancel a line, even when following the contract and willing to pay the ETF fees had to do more with the Store not wanting to take a loss, than any actual inability to select an option on a computer screen. Look, you need a phone go to the one on Buffalo Speedway/Weslayan. You need actual service… call the Customer Service line. You know my philosophy by now. Why go somewhere where I am mistreated and lied too when there are Sprint Stores around Houston that would happily take my business and simply do a simple request.

I’ve been to dozens of Sprint stores across the country, and I’ve never seen customer service as good as I got here. Edward F. went above and beyond, helping us figure out some complex billing and upgrade questions. He stuck with us for hours, all the while staying patient, helpful, and all around a nice guy. It doesn’t get better than the service we got from Edward at this location.
