Was refer to them by home warranty company, As mention in a previous review I paid for a estimate. Technician brought no tools or ladder to do any type of repair. was told that they would contact me and warranty company. Two days latter the company had not submitted a work order or diagnosis for repair. Most frustrating was they don’t return calls

My AC was not cooling good and I live in Houston Tx and is summertime they assigned it to a Specialty AC Solutions they did not call me so I called and complained Choice HW called them and then they called me and said they had the wrong number, and set an appointment for next day between 4pm and 6pm they never showed up or called, then when I called Choice they said that the company went out to my house and that my fan was bad and I refused to pay the fee, when in reality they never talked to me there is nothing wrong with the fan, and I would gladly pay the fee and now Choice is looking for another AC Co and of course I will have to wait 2 more days. DO NOT GET THIS HOME WARRANTY CO
