Best steak on Thursday nights, come every Thursday! The services is great like the food, can’t wait to get my regular Thursday fix. Their Margarita Pizza is the bomb also.

We come here every December for our company Christmas party (about 12 of us). before this location opened we would always attend the original location. We noticed a huge decline in the quality of the bartender and wait staff this time. The bartender and waitress both seemed busy and they were not friendly, we were told by the bartender there were no drink menus or speciality drinks and there was also no hostess on duty. We arrived early and were still seated 20 minutes late despite having a reservation. We had to stack and pre-​bus our appetizer plates when our meals came. We specifically asked for a one entrée to be split in the kitchen, it came out as normal on one plate. We then sent it back to be split correctly as requested and it came back to us about a minute later with an extra plate and were were told by two servers the kitchen won’t split plates due to the presentation and that they were very busy with another party. It was just plain rude how it was handled. We asked to see a manager and the kitchen manager? Came out and said there was no way for them to split it, refused to take the food back and split it and said «my bad». He did later come out and apologize again and comp the plate of food, but the damage was already done. The food quality seemed a bit off tonight as well. All in all it was a pretty poor experience and we left feeling unappreciated as customers. Despite the fact we have had great servers and good experiences with these two stores in the past we will have a hard time justifying returning here for our 2016 party…

Probably the best and biggest calzone around and pizzas are near impossible to beat. Not «Mortons» or anything but the service was very friendly and quite timely. I feel like If you come here for the fundamental Italian cuisine you will get your hopes up for nothing but if you want to grab a pizza and some beers this place is the spot.

I just wasn’t impressed. I got the Spaghetti Western Formal Wear. This was actually recommended by the bartender as it is made with «our amazing roasted garlic cream sauce.» Said sauce was bland, needed salt, and there wasn’t quite enough sauce for the amount of pasta given.
The salad was good and the bread was good, but for an Italian food restaurant, I left disappointed. Won’t be back.

I’ve been coming here once a month for the last two years because my club would have their regular monthly meeting here during dinner. I am not coming back. It took 45 minutes just to get an appetizer. In fact the appetizer arrived with the entrées. How nice! Once I switched off of beer and I asked for water I didn’t get any more service from the waitress. End of story! I had to go to the bar just to get a glass of water. Shameful! This place has gone downhill.

We ate at SW Saturday night. I have been eating there for years. After recommending this place and talking it up, we were extremely disappointed in both of our meals. My favorite, shrimp pasta is actually a shrimp, spinach, pine nut, mushroom sauté with garlic butter sauce. I love it and order it every time we go. This time, it looked the same but had no flavor. My side of spaghetti was bland and tasted like plain tomato sauce. My friend’s spaghetti and meat sauce/​meatballs was bland as well and the balls advertised as big were NOT. They tasted like the meatballs you get at Subway. All in all, a really bad dining experience coupled with a surly waiter with no personality. I hate to give this place up, but it’s time to move on. Something has changed, and we are not going back.
