Wish I could give negative stars… customer service is horrible. Getting an attitude through the speaker is hilarious to me… good thing I only just work in the area.

This location closes at 1am tonight. Every single time I’ve been there even if it’s 1 ½hrs before they close they don’t serve any food items or any ice cream, shake products! Management or the owner really needs to know about this because they are losing money every day! You are paying your employees to make you no money! Their words are. «We have shut down everything, we are only serving soda.» Please look into this! As a former business owner, I would get rid of these individuals! Do not visit this location, it’s the worst location in Houston and surrounding cities.

I love ordering their nerds drink, but yesterday when I received mine, it was horrible! It had no flavor at all and the nerds were not mixed in, instead their was a thick slimy layer of them on top of the slushy. Whoever made this was extremely lazy, I ended up dumping in the dumpster…

If you like waiting 30 minutes for them to get your order wrong come here. It’s guaranteed to happen every time. They didn’t even remember to put ice in our drinks last time. Place should be closed down again till they can hire more competent people.

Horrible customer service!!! The manager Evelyn is unprofessional and cannot even supervise her employees appropriately! The employee Myesha is very rude and nasty! She sighed and did not want to do her job, her interaction with the customer is so rude and obnoxious! I waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged to place my order tonight at the speaker! Also several other customers left since no one assisted them at the speaker. I told the manager that I will be calling corporate in the morning, just to let them know how unprofessional, rude, and sorry their employees are! I never received an apology for my Inconvenience or lack of service. Treat people how you want to be treated! I will never ever return to this Sonic and spend my money, that was the worst customer service ever!!!

And some people wonder why they can’t get ahead in life. First of all they got my order incorrect. They gave me the wrong change. I didn’t even get a receipt. Never once did I get I contact I smile or thank you. I was going to ask for them to fix my order but the look that she gave me when I told her that it was incorrect made me think otherwise. I did not want them to do anything to my food. Never will I come back to this place!

I love the sonic drinks, like the cherry limeade and the slushes. My other favorite is the artery clogging, indigestion infused tater tots with chili and cheese with a side of ranch ranching. Love it but always have to chase it with a Tums! Wish they had more in California.
