It wasn’t even late at night I went to sonic. First the service was horrible the worst I’ve ever seen they took forever to get my order. Then they said that I needed to pay 20 dollars when the price was 16 dollars they tried to rip me off.

Disappointed with this Sonic. My order was wrong and I asked them very nicely if they could fix it and I got no apology. Then I got home and the order was still wrong. The server who handled the issue looked very annoyed. Avoiding this Sonic from now on.

Service is always super slow. Half the time I only order a drink and it takes 5+ minutes ATLEAST. That is ridiculous

Crap service. Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru just to hear a voice. Called to ask if the voice box was working and got hung up on. Waited another minute until I went across the street to Wendy’s. Drove out real slow looking at the staff like WTF. Worst Sonic ever. Fast food fail.

Just more shatty fast food. Can’t go wrong with a route 44 cherry limeade on a hot day. Tots are decent. Ice cream is hard to mess up. Love the drinks and slushes here!

Gotta love happy hour at Sonic from 2 – 4 pm. Half price drinks and slushes. I come a lot during these hours for the cherry limeades. Can’t go wrong with one of those on a hot day. Their food is pretty decent for fast food burgers as well. I think whatburgers are better though. But, they are probably my second choice for fast food chain burger. I like that you can get tator tots instead of fries and you have to get them with cheese on top.

I’m sort of reviewing this specific Sonic more than Sonic in general. As a small town boy, the local Sonic was THE place to be seen at and find other people. I admit I’m a fan of the happy hour 2 – 4 when drinks and slushies are half off, but I’d love to see it include shakes and blasts as well. Normally, I’m a 4 star lover of Sonic, I should probably rank my local Sonic 4 stars after I’m done here. I just had a mediocre experience at this particular location. I was in a rush so I decided that parking in one of the car stalls was not the way to go. Many of the new locations and most of the old locations are converting to having both a stopping slot and a drive thru area. I pulled up at the ordering speaker and everything went smooth. Then I drove around the corner, expecting a window to pay at… only to find a stop sign. Basically the drive thru was just a parking spot close to the door. A car hop still had to come out with my food and take my money. This was actually SLOWER than just parking in a slot since I can pay with a credit card right at the ordering slot if I had parked. So in order to save time I do something I rarely do, since I love my credit card rewards, I paid with cash. Now I do remember in high school when I would tip the car hops. However, now, since I pay with credit cards, there is no way to tip the car hops anymore. While I’m not totally opposed to tipping the car hop, when I gave the guy my cash, he insisted on telling me exactly how much change I would get back and only giving me the ‘bills’ of my change. Now, fifty cents won’t buy you much but I’d like the option to give tip. I was just caught off guard since I had entered expecting a drive through. Either way, it was a poor experience. The food was standard Sonic. The Oreo Blast was delicious.

Dear Sonic, Wow, I’ve met the legendary Sonic. I dig ya man. I like the depth of your menu and yer tater tots, but Sonic, I’m from CA and I love my In-N-Out, who’s a proven commodity to me. I think I could be ready for a second try, but not anytime real soon. Distance is part of the problem in building a relationship here: you — being everywhere but CA. Why do you show commercials here when there aren’t even any around? I’ve heard that you have locations in LA, but I’m not excited enough to care. In all fairness, you didn’t wow me enough upon first impression — I’m not averse to you — but — I only had your regular burger(half, that is) because I was already full from a late lunch. Though my galpal — Madison — loves your hot dogs. I do find it cool that we drove up to one of the many ordering boards, so the only«waiting» we had to do was for our food. Expeditious. This isn’t much of a review since I didn’t try much, but now I can say that I have met you. I can’t really say that we’re good pals yet. Until then, you can have my email address but not my cell phone number. So, I’ll give ya another ring when I’m in town again. It’s ok. Don’t cry. I’ll be back. I swear: pinky swear. Keep in touch, jdisco
