Sonic Drive In

They should allow zero stars for a place like this. I work by this place have tried to eat here three separate times and they never have food available or there shortstaffed. I love sonic but this place needs to be shut down. It gives all the other sonics a bad name.

SERVICE! Service is terrible! I simply ordered a #1 and a #3 but seems like my order was just too complicated (If a strawberry Lime slush sounds complicated).
I had to wait about half an hour at a fast food place for just two meals and to top it off the poor child delivered everything separately one at a time until she thought she was done and I told her that a whole meal was still missing.
She then got a manager to check up on me since she didn’t speak English and so the manager in a rude tone and attitude asked me what else I wanted to I told him the rest of my ordered that I had paid for (DUH!).
He finally brought the rest of it but the simple fact that they both were just as confused and the manager was rude really ticked me off. Never again will I order a #1 AND A #3 together.
BTW, Your food and drinks sucked!

Found a beetle inside my chicken dinner. Just crawling around having fun. Big one too.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This place has the absolute worst service I’ve ever encountered if you can even call it service. I’ve waited over half an hour for two coney dogs and some chicken tenders. Tonight, arrived at the stall and pushed the order button and twenty minutes later still nothing has happened. Thought hmm maybe the button is broken so went to the drive through. Waited behind six cars, when there was one left in front of me they said they were no longer taking orders at the drive through and that we had to go back to the stall. Are you serious?! Not a happy camper. Drove fifteen minutes to a different location and had no issues. This location is absolutely ridiculous, on top of the lack of service the food here isn’t great and they also don’t make drinks here taste the same as other Sonics. Don’t go here! Save your money and your time and go ANYWHERE else!

This location in bellow average. I always wanna go to Sonic but then I think how it always disappoints me. I think I even got my debit card swiped here to. By coincidence self pay machine was down and waitress had to go run inside next thing you knew my banks calling saying my numbers been hacked.

Normally I would give two stars but the waitress was very good tonight. After our order, she came back to check on us. No one at sonic has just checked on us before. At any sonic. Just came for desert.

I used to love Sonic… I don’t know if it’s because I’ve gotten older or my palette has gotten more sophisticated… whatever it is, this meal was no good.
I got the bacon cheeseburger toaster sandwich. It’s a burger with toast instead of buns and an onion ring inside. But the onion ring was soggy, the meat patty tasted like the meat patties McDonald’s used to use (like the cook just took it out of the freezer when you ordered it and threw it on the fryer), and the fries were only okay.
Cherry limeade was a little too limey and my brother couldn’t even drink his Orange slush. He threw the entire thing out!
Moral of the story: my body/​stomach hated me after this meal.
