Wish I could rate no stars. This sonic is by far the WORST! Seems like every time I go they are out of ice cream or the ice cream machine isn’t working. So irritating the lady who was there seemed like she hates her job. I went to the one on fry rd and everything was better. Try to avoid barker and w little york locatio n

This location has terrible service and it just amazes me how the ice cream machine never works if I’m not mistaken I think that is a big part of their business. I recommend you go anywhere but this location

The closest location and the lady who took my order acted like she hated her job. Service is everything I grade on and this just whomp whomp whomp.
Other than that it’s food doesn’t lack in this department so I’ll grade on food.
If you don’t like people don’t work with them. Sheesh.

Terrible service… be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes for anything… even if you just ordered a drink. Today 3 people get out of their car to go in an try to retrieve their order because they had been waiting so long. I can’t imagine these rude people making good, clean food.

Terrible customer service, I had pressed the red button, waited for 5 minutes and no one responded. I subsequently pulled up to the drive through and no one answered me. Worst experience at a sonic, didn’t even bother getting any food. They need to staff more people at this location and respond faster, because this is unacceptable

Ordering is almost impossible. You can hardly hear and the employees have a very hard time following directions. I had to repeat my order 5 times. Also the bathroom was disgusting. It smelled terrible and the sink was covered in mold. I can’t help but wonder what the the kitchen looks like. Avoid this restaurant.
