I lived a Sola Uptown last year. This is a new complex and very cheaply made. The floors will chip easily and the walls are paper thin. You can smell and hear everything. I complained to management about the person living above me. He was so loud and management either didn’t pick up phone calls or said they would do something about it and didn’t. The manager was so involved in the construction that she never responded to my emails, phone calls or letter to vacate.
They don’t have security at night for emergencies either. I’ve lived at numerous apartment communities in the past and this one was the worst. It’s no wonder their management has recently changed from what I’m reading on the other reviews.

I am highly disappointed in their management and customer service. They refused to work with me around my work situation and the fact that I had to move out no later than my contract end date, forcing me to stay/​pay an entire month extra because my «notice» was a few days late, even though the manager was aware I had been needing to move out since February. Not to mention it always smells like dog pee in the halls and they claim to have a business center that doesn’t even exist. When I had to print something I had to use one of their own computers. There are much better and more luxurious apartments in the area I would recommend before Sola.

I have lived at Sola for almost a year and plan to renew my lease. The office staff and management have recently changed and it has made a total difference. My apartment fits my lifestyle and is close to everything. The complex is always clean and they are very dog friendly, which works out great for my dog, with a dog park and dog run. They just had an event this week and had an entire day dedicated to animals. Thanks sola for all you do! I would definitely recommend this complex!
