Smile 32 Dentistry

I was a little skeptical of this location because I hadn’t heard of it and there weren’t many reviews, however, I needed to get in to see a dentist ASAP and they had Saturdays available. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The facility is very clean and the staff is nice and knowledgeable. The technology is up to date and they have a nice waiting area.
Once I arrived, I filled out my new patient paperwork and was taken to the back within 10 — 15 minuets.
I went in for a yearly cleaning and unfortunately, I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned because someone else had come in as an emergency service, and I guess that trumps an appointment. I was upset about that because I wasn’t told this when I first arrived.
The doctor and the technician took x-​rays and pictures of my mouth and took the time to go through each picture and explain the problem areas, what they would need to do and what I would need to do to keep my mouth clean and healthy. I was very impressed by how thorough they were during the exam. I was very comfortable and felt like I had just taken a dental 101 class.
The biggest problem I would say that I have is making an appointment. As I stated before, the first time I went in my appointment was basically canceled since there was someone else being treated that came in on an emergency basis. When I rescheduled my appointment for a few weekends out, the receptionist called me two days after and told me that the doctor wouldn’t be in that day and that I would have to reschedule. She sounded genuinely upset that she had to call and reschedule AGAIN, but its till disappointing.
I’ll go back to have my exam done, but am weary of if ill be able to get an appointment and actually have my teeth cleaned.

Very good dentist. All around clean office. Latest technology. Very nice staff. Didn’t have to wait long @ all to be see. Very gentle on my mouth & very clean tools. Will be coming back.

First visit people friendly although new so under staffed dentist himself set up first appt. I went to have broken filling fixed and cleaning. Asked tree times dentist and receptionist «Will my insurance cover everything?». They said they called I was covered. Then they charged $ 100 when I left. Wont go back.
