We love our bed. We got a king size memory foam with the mechanical lift underneath and a beautiful bed from zgallerie to put it in. It’s work perfectly. I sleep like a baby.

I do not recommend this store or a Sleep Number bed! I financed the bed. Then, in the mail I received a credit card with a $ 10,000 limit from Sleep Number. I did NOT ask for or want this credit card. I am very careful with my credit and having too much debt outstanding can hurt your credit score. Shame on Sleep Number for just activating this credit without my request or permission! Not to mention the interest rate was 29.5%! I was not comfortable with the two men who came to my house to deliver the bed. Please, seriously consider whether an air bed is right for you. In speaking with my doctor after my purchase, he did not recommend it because there is one large air chamber. When you lay down on air, where your weight is, the air is displaced. For me, my weight is in my middle(and no, I am not overweight). Therefore, my head and feet are elevated and my hips were lower in the bed — regardless of the firmness this is how weight distributes. No support to the lower spine. Since the bed did not give adequate support to my lumbar spine I decided to return the bed. Sleep Number says they provide a 30 day money back guarantee. However, they charge an outrageous $ 199 to come out an pick the bed up. I offered to deliver it back to the store myself and this was not an option as it needs to go to another location. Terrible service, inferior product, and a deceptive return policy! I do not recommend the bed or the company.

I’ve had an air bed for almost 10 years now. I couldn’t afford the Sleep Number bed last time and decided it was time to take the plunge. There was a great Black Friday sale going on so hubby and I drove to this location since it was the closest. We walked and were greeted by a friend sales person. There were at least 3 sales people in the store. Bill was friendly, helpful and not pushy. We tested various types of beds and layed on them as long as we wanted. We decided on our bed and made the purchase. Our salesperson was very clear and went over all the details of the purchase. We were at the store until right before closing. Once the other customers had left, we chatted with the other sales people and they were very nice. My bed will be coming in shortly and I can’t wait.

We just purchased our second Sleep Number bed. Don’t get me wrong, we love our bed. The problem is the service and personnel. Our first experience was great because we purchased it years ago when Mattress Firm sold them. This time around, we had to purchase from our local store. Our first major problem was that while we were trying to purchase our bed and get the order straight, our sales person was the only one in the store on a sales weekend and was trying to take care of everyone at the same time. What we thought we were purchasing was a queen size split with the adjustable base. When it was delivered, the queen was not split. I called the store and customer service and was told that only kings are split. I know we explained and talked to our salesperson about why we wanted the queen split, but was never told that only the king could be split. After much talking to customer service and the store, we were told that the adjustable base was not returnable, but that for over $ 2,000 more, they would make an exception and let us purchase a king mattress and base. That doesn’t take into account the extra money on sheets, etc. Our bedroom set has a built in night stand and cabinet and cannot fit a king bed, so were were basically stuck. We were so very unhappy. Customer service basically said, oh well. .. and when I called complaining to the store again, the manager said she had no power and would have the district supervisor call me back. He has yet to call me back after 3 weeks even though I call the manager frequently and she again promises me he will call me back. I cannot call him directly. You would think that they might offer a long time customer something for the problem they caused. .. gift certificate? A set of pillow cases? Anything to say, hey, I appreciate you and we’re sorry. There has been nothing. They could care less about having a happy customer who refers business to them. The district manager is blatantly ignoring me and could care less. I would recommend if you want to go to a store to buy instead of online, by-pass this store. And whatever you do, make sure you have the full undivided attention of the sales person who is writing up your order.
