I loved this new food truck, the window faces were friendly and warm, the service was quick (order taking and food production), the portion was decent, condiments readily available and prices reasonable.
Hubby wasn’t as convinced as me, so we compromised on 4 stars.
Chocolate cake was light, moist, airy and delicious and not badly priced compared to a restaurant
I’d happily get my fish’n’chips fix from here in the future.
Plus, they got vinegar! Whoop!

i was driving by the edgebrook area and bumped into Slap Yo Daddy Food Truck off of s. Shaver (across the street from almeda mall) in the Phillips 66 parking lot.
This food truck is unlike other food trucks in the area. They offer burgers, fish tacos, fish and chips, my favorite the pulled pork sliders.
The service is good and the food comes out quick. I came two days in a row. The first day I ordered the Backhand Burger and man was it good. I came back the next day and I ordered the pulled pork sliders. These things are delicious. I definitely recommend them.
