Pros — Beyond accommodating — High quality products and services — Nice facilities-gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, showers, great view, outdoor terrace where you can order food and drinks Cons — Access to gym, pool and spa are slightly more difficult if you are not a hotel guest. You’re reliant on the spa desk staff to open doors for you if you don’t have a room key card. This could easily be fixed if they made non-hotel guests a temporary key card for the day. — It’s not always easy to get someone on the phone. You’re connected by the Hilton operator and not a direct phone number. If someone doesn’t answer, there’s no answering machine, you just cycle over and over to the operator. — Pricey TIPS –DON’T drink a lot, but DO use the restroom right before a body wrap. –go early and take advantage of the facilities, make a day of it I booked the skyline package, during my maternity leave, in September. They helped me schedule services around my pumping schedule, offered me a private room to pump in, and a refrigerator to store milk in. Evelyn did my wrap, facial and pedi. She was really nice and professional, even when I had to use the restroom in the middle of my wrap. I normally feel really greasy and break out after facials, but did not have that problem at this spa. I really liked that their beauty products were light, gentle, and smelled like fresh fruit, not synthetic moisturizers. The mani(Lea) and pedi were flawless and long lasting(they grew out before they started chipping or peeling). The masseus(Edna) had her own style that I can’t describe, but it was nice firm pressure and felt really therapeutic. Even though it was more expensive than most spas I go to, I had no regrets, and wish I could go back more often.

Skyline is a great spa! Betty is the best esthetician I’ve ever been too. I came here with my mother and we both had an amazing time. We used Groupon deals for facials and the front desk staff is helpful and attentive. I have recommended Betty to friends and will definitely return.

Yes yes yes yes! After the morning after I am still saying Yes! We booked as a way to des tress once the grand kids left after their vacation with us. Oooh my gosh this was the most perfect answer. The entire day was wonderful. Purchased a travelzoo coupon and made a day of it. The steam room the sauna the pool the hot tub and lunch on the terrace. The massage was excellent and relaxing, the facial was painful but beauty hurts. So many reviews said it was crowded we went on a Sunday for a Mother Daughter day and it was perfect! Yes there were kids splashing but it was nice to see others enjoying the pool and terrace. Yes I would go again in a heartbeat. Just the right amount of everything

Ahhh… Booked a couple’s massage while we were staying at the hotel for Hubby’s 50th birthday(this part of his birthday weekend might have been a little bit for me too). The spa is very nice, with clean locker rooms and a very nice lounge area. My massage was wonderful-she spoke to me before about what I wanted and used just the right amount of pressure. Hubby really enjoyed his as well-he likes it when they hurt him and apparently his masseuse did. At the end they brought us glasses of champagne(and water) and we relaxed in the lounge. Their prices are pretty high, which is the reason for 4 stars, but it was a fabulous massage experience.

Everybody should pamper themselves every once and awhile. The Skyline Spa will do that for you. I took advantage of a website that provides discounted prices for the Skyline Spa services. Another reason I bought a spa package is because you get access to the pool located on the 24th floor. Now I’m pumped about my first visit to the spa. I had no issues booking the spa with my pre-paid service. I got their a little over one hour earlier so I could swim and sit around and enjoy my little break. The pool was great because it’s huge! And they also had a little heated pool adjacent to the larger one. After my swim I sat in the men’s locker room and enjoyed the sauna. Now it’s spa time. The relaxation(or waiting) area is not what I was expecting. It was very«hotel» like. The chairs, sofa, tables are not spa-like in a sense that they are inviting, relaxing. Also the relaxation area is bright. Too bright for a spa. Hopefully the Hilton can work on that since it’s a small section of the spa. After a couple of minutes of sitting there my name is called. The massage room is like any other spa. It smells great, there’s a heated table and relaxing music. The next 50 minutes were bliss and I’m really glad I took advantage of the discounted price. Afterwards the massage therapist told me drink pleanty of water. And then she offered me a glass of champagne! Ironic, but I didn’t turn that down.
