Okay, I wish I could give this store a better review but it was obvious management does not know how to hire the right people and staff shifts correctly. The poor guy who helped find my shoes was awesome, but he was running around helping 4 people including myself. During checkout there was a long line with only one cashier. I asked another young man to help out. His reply, «Oh, she“ll help you in a moment.» And I said, «That’s not what I asked, can someone help her?» I couldn’t believe what he did next. He rolled his eyes, made a loud gasp «Ughh!» And stomped to the other cash register. He helped one person and then left. I was still waiting in line. He passed by and «Ughhed» again. Then, it was my turn to check and a new girl came in and she was just as rude as the young guy. Every time I visit Skechers I’ve had the same experience but I love the shoes so I will go back and put up with this horrible customer service.

I had no idea Sketches shoes can be so pretty and comfortable. After watching millions of commercials in the early 2000 about them; I was quite tired of them being a brand of shoes.
Though, one day while chilling with my aunt she suggested me to ride with her to browse some shoes. I wasn’t going to say no because bonding time is so precious.
The shoes here are nice and reasonably priced. Some of them have soft soles good for aching feet pain. Stylish as it gets.
The store is huge and the staff is very friendly. Every five minutes, someone is checking in on you making sure you aren’t lost nor confused.
I liked my visit here. Just off the freeway.
