Silver Leaf Apartments

If I could give these apartments 0 stars I definitely would. They have changed the name to Belara Apts and gotten new management but they still suck. My first grievance is the parking situation… or lack thereof. There is no possibility that all the vehicles parked here belong to tenants. I live in the front and get off work about 6 p.m. and have to park near the exit gate. If I’m lucky. They have implemented a rule where u have to pay to park under the garage. $ 20 extra a month smh ridiculous. In the summer u have a slug epidemic, yes even in your house. How gross. Plumbing is horrible. I’ve come home many days to feces/​tissue in the parking lot. Management simply sucks. When I moved here I was told by Sandra that I could switch my xfinity over… total lie, was told the unit was carpeted another lie. The only options u have for cable is wave vision and they aren’t worth the money. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY FROM BELARA!!!
