This wasn’t my first order to this location. First time I placed an order it was a pick up order, work across the street so it was no big deal to walk over and pick it up. In the time it took me to walk over, get my order and walk back, my pizza was still hot and fresh. My second and last time ordering for delivery(because it was raining) was a disaster. I placed my order at 12:10 pm online and was finally delivered at 2:00 pm. Not«HOTANDFRESH» like i was told it would be when i called at 1:50 pm to find out where my lunch was. I did receive a call at 12:30 pm to let me know that my order would take an hour to be delivered and I was fine with that. At least I got a call to let me know there was a delay. But to get a barely warm pizza with cheese that isn’t melted, is just rather upsetting. I was told it was heading over to me hot and fresh, they are just right across the street from the building I work in. I tired calling over to complain but the line rang and rang. As much as I love pizza this will be my last time ordering for delivery from here and I have warned my co-workers.

Best Lasagna you will get in the area!!! We love their pizza too. Delicious sauce! The food is good and hot when they deliver. I’ve had calzone and other sandwiches… Never disappointed. Portions are great!

Ordered pizza from them on a Tuesday night. After being put on hold for 7 minutes they answered and took my order. Quoted me 45 – 60 minutes for delivery. At the 80 minute mark I called to check on the delivery status and the pizza hadn’t even left the building yet. When you combine the mediocre food with the terrible service I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely love their pizza! best tasting cheese and sauce we have had since moving here 3 years ago. If I had the money in the skills I would open a franchise. Consistent quality and very reasonably priced they could charge more

Most definitely will not be ordering from here again. I odered 2 subs with 2 sodas and 2 chips 30 minutes before my dinner break at work and when I arrived the subs weren’t ready so they said it would be about 10 minutes. Well I ended up waiting the whole 30 minutes of my break so pretty much wasted time. They gave me 2 canned sodas which are super over priced and the food wasn’t even tasty like I would of hopped. This is the second time I ordered for pick up with more than enough time and I was disappointed AGAIN.

I suggest the Italian sub. It was made fresh and tasted just like my grandmother used to make. It was perfect!

I took a chance ordering from here as I had never eaten here or heard of them, but we were looking for something new that delivered. They were timely and the delivery guy was pleasant. The pizza was ok. Nothing to go out of your way for. The rest of the food was horrible. Lemon pepper wings had no lemon pepper flavor and were dripping in grease. The BBQ wings had the dullest tasting sauce. Just terrible. Do not order the cheese sticks either as they were grease sticks. I won’t be ordering from here again.

My co-worker and I ordered from this location, and it took them almost two hours to bring our order. The order was placed at 11:54, and was delivered at 1:40. Go figure! This was my first time ordering from this place, and what a horrible experience. I was the one that got our from the delivery guy, and he had the nerve to say well were short staffed, so that’s why it took so long. I replied, so does that mean we are getting some sort of discount, he hesitated, but did give back the tip, and I politely took it, and walked away. Overall the food was great, but the delivery sucks!!!

We came here because we had a coupon offering a pizza, wings, and 2 liter coke for $ 20. We took this to-go. Everyone on Unilocal talked about how much they love the pizza but we had a different experience. We should have chosen some other place to eat at. The décor was okay. The man who took our order seemed like he hates his job, but maybe he was just tired. We were told it would take 20 minutes to get the food. We took the food home and tried a slice of pizza each. The pizza was pepperoni with olives on half. The half with olives tasted stale. It was bland and oily. The half without olives tasted undercooked. The pizza was just unpleasant. The wings were not as good as cheaper alternatives. The bottled soda was great though. They were fast but I won’t be going back. Edit: I woke up the next day feeling sick to my stomach.

Really not sure why some of the reviews are bad on here. I have been ordering from this location for quite awhile now, and I have never once had a bad experience. My order has never once been inaccurate, the food is always good, and any special requests I have ever had(different sauce, add _____, hold the _____, etc…) they have always been more than willing to do. I even made a mistake on my order once(I had forgot to put a flavor choice on the wings and it defaulted to plain) and the manager called me to make sure that was what I wanted, and wasn’t a mistake, and fixed the order for me. I understand that everyone may have a different experience, but I am currently eating what is probably my 30th+ order from them since I have lived in Houston, and have never had an experience even remotely like some of the lower rated ones listed.

BELIEVETHEREVIEWS! The pizza is pretty tasty, but the service sucks from beginning to end! I ordered online and I will not be doing that again. It defaults to the store on 290 which takes 2 hours to deliver, and the manager is incredibly rude when you call them on it. Did I mention that it took 2 hours! I ordered it at 4:30PM on a Friday, no excuse! The online ordering service quoted me 60 minutes. I called 1:45 minutes and told the manager(who was actually SURPRISINGLY well informed even before I told him my order number) that it had been almost 2 hours. He kindly informed me that it had only been 1:39, and the driver had just left with my order. He was quite rude and in no way apologetic. I don’t think that the slowness and delivery problems can be attributed to the driver so I did tip well. I just think that the kitchen and management need to get their act together. The food was hot so I do think it just took too long getting ready. I do like their pizza, so I will be ordering by phone from the store in Copperfield on Jones road. But, I’m starving!

On the Eat 24 app, you are asked to select the type of crust you want. I selected thin & crispy. My pizza was in no way thin, and in no way crispy. It was doughy as all get out. I also asked for light cheese. I don’t think they got that request either. I have to say the $ 2 salad is pretty awesome though. PLEASEFIXYOUROFFERINGSONTHEEAT24APP.

I showed up as it was a very cold night and wanted something warm and comforting. So pizza it was. I saw the reviews on Unilocal and figured I would give it a shot as it was close to me over by 290/Tidwell. The place was rustic Italian looking, but it smelled great. Slow night as I was the only person there. Speaking with the gent behind the register he told me next time to show up for a meal, as it is a BYOB type of establishment. I had no idea. He showed me the empty wine bottles from past customers. So I took the pizza home as well as a calzone. The pizza was great, meat pizza and it held up well for the next day reheat also. The calzone was a bit soft for my liking, as i like my dough on the calzone a bit crispier. But it was reheated crispier the next day in my oven and held up great also. It was a spinach/pepperoni order. Overall it is a great place, I have had better pizza, but considering it is near to me and not one of the food chains, I will definitely go back. It is worth a try and the prices are reasonable.

These guys make a pretty decent pizza. They are definitely better than any other big chain pizza companies and they deliver! Their sauce tastes fresh and is so flavorful and the crust is always crisp but fluffy. I order my own creation… pesto pizza with feta, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms. My only disappointment is that the one time when I ordered it with ‘fresh garlic’, it was so strong and pungent we couldn’t eat it. Way too much garlic that obviously came from a jar.

So, let me just say… after just flying into town from California this morning, I was starving and saw their flyer on my front door. I looked them up and decided to give them a try after seeing the reviews. I ordered a large Hawaiian Pizza, a Greek Salad, a side salad for my grandmother and an order of chicken fettuccine alfredo with mushrooms. The girl on the phone was very nice and informed me that my order would be available in around 30 minutes. About 30 minutes later, our delivery driver showed up the food was hot, the pizza was amazing, and the guy who delivered the food had customer service that was out of this world. The fettucini alfredo was just right, perfectly spiced, not too much butter/oil in the sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. It came with chunks of chicken, large cuts of mushroom, and the sauce was pure perfection… creamy and rich. The order also came with a big slice of garlic bread. I will order this in the future. The pizza that we ordered was next. The Hawaiian had ham, pineapple and Canadian bacon. This pizza was fresh, hot, not very oily at all and it looked great… not falling apart and getting every messy. Definitely getting it again. Last but not least, the Greek salad. It had thin sliced cucumber, fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, green and black olives, red onion and an ample amount of feta cheese. They give you a good amount of dressing on the side as well. The salad was awesome and was a nice fresh conclusion to the pizza and pasta. Overall this place is the bomb. They deliver, the food is quality, they have a good variety and you can tell it’s made to please the customer. 5 stars all the way. Check out the pics I put up of the pizza and salad. They are awesome. Keep up the good work and thanks for the awesome grub at a nice price when I’m too lazy to drive anywhere. ;*) Check them out and you won’t be disappointed!

I hate writing bad reviews. I really do, but I’ve never been treated this badly before by a manager of a restaurant! First the food… I would like to tell you something good about the food, but I cant. We have ordered lunch here 3 times and have never received our food hot. The first two times we received our food in about an hour or so, but this last time(today) we didn’t receive our food until 2 hours after placing the order… Which brings me to their customer service. We eventually called the restaurant a total of 3 times. Twice to inquire about when our food would be received and the final time to inform them that our order was wrong when it finally arrived TWOHOURS late. The owner was rude and kept interrupting when trying to talk to him. We explained it had been 2 hours and he told me that I was wrong and it couldn’t have been that long.(I received my email confirmation at 11:13am and our food arrived at 1:08pm… I’m sorry 1 hour and 55 minutes…) He insisted that there was no way our order could have been wrong because he personally packaged it himself. Maybe, but that’s not what arrived. He finally told us he would credit back our order and when we asked how we could get confirmation of this he said we would«have to take his word for it». I might have been ok with this if the entire time he hadn’t been completely condescending and down right rude. I was not rude to him and definitely don’t believe in being rude to those who handle your food. So I don’t understand why I had to be treated so unfairly.

I like Sicily because they offer a variety of food other than pizza for delivery such as pasta, wings, pizza rolls, salads, sandwiches and more. The pizza rolls are our favorite item on the menu and at $ 2.75 each, they don’t break the bank. Other menu items are expensive, but they’ve always got a number of specials and coupons running to ease the pain. As far as I can tell, the food is mostly unoriginal — meaning frozen wings tossed in a sauce from a bottle, premade dough or pasta with sauce from a can, and premade meats and low quality cheeses. It’s not ideal, but I wasn’t expecting fresh smoked meats, fresh pasta or homemade mozzarella here. I cannot possibly give more than 3 stars because the service isn’t as fast as it should be and the place is pretty dirty if you actually go inside. The delivery time is often over an hour, but even if you are just picking up, they may need up to thirty minutes. This would only make sense if they were also running a busy full service restaurant, but the dine in portion rarely has any guests. And with good reason. The interior is dingy and dated with dirty vents, messy paint, dusty decorations and a smell of grease. All the tables are sticky and the fountain drink area has puddles around. The kitchen is galley style and open for everyone to see. Once, I saw an employee grab a handful of lettuce from the ‘salad bar’ with his bare hands. I wasn’t eating salad so while this sent up red flags, I’ll still eat the cooked food. The salad bar was also covered in plastic wrap, so I guess the self serve bar is no longer operational and just used as additional refrigeration. The whole kitchen and interior need serious help.
