I wanted a drpepper and got diet coke. honest mistake by an employee right. I complained to the very nice guy at the counter. At the time the store was very busy but he took the time to verify that the lines were installed wrong and get the manager. This is when I began to get frustrated. The manager sat in his office and wanted to see the Hispanic guy and the busy guy at the counter had to go get him from outside. The manager took this opportunity to discipline the obviously hung over mirror shade wearing help while I patiently waited for my cola. Then finally the manager appeared to say we will fix it then promptly went back to his office. The hungover help then repaired the mistake well tried to. Again I summoned the manager and he told the guy to purge the line. The guy then filled 1 small cup and pored it out then went to help the very busy guy at the counter (wearing the mirrored sun glasses) I filled my cup again with diet coke! so I took on the task of purging the line myself. I completely filled the tray with diet coke. I’m sure there must be a better way. I explained to the mirrored sun glass, hung over and yes I’ll say it «lazy» worker that it was still diet coke. He very rudely said «I FIXED IT THAT’S ALL I CAN DO». Where was the (In my opinion) useless manager during all this??? Who knows. I left my cup of diet coke on the counter and left. My review on this store is the manager needs customer service training and the hungover helper should cut grass or something and the black counter guy needs a raise. location is good and if you need a bathroom It’s clean.
