One of my best friends turned me onto Shed ‘N Shred almost two year ago and my life hasn’t been the same since. I immediately felt at home and had a group of friends that I am sure to keep in contact with for years to come. I always look forward to class and feel better mentally and physically than I ever did before joining. There are two locations, one in the West Chase area and another in the Copperfield/Cypress area. The classes are available 3 days a week with morning and evening classes available so it’s super conveneint. I was so motivated by Shed ‘N Shred and the coaches that I have since gone on to become a CPT and one of the Shed ‘N Shred coaches myself! I highly recommend giving it a try! You have nothing to lose because the first class is FREE!

By FAR, one of the best workouts that I’ve ever had! Was kept motivated the entire time and tried some fun new exercises(like parachute running and flipping a tire). It is a great way to start the day off right! Wonderful class! HIGHLY recommend.

I know I may sound bias since the owner is my cousin but this is a great workout. I really enjoy the fact that it’s outside as I am not a fan of gyms. I will tell you that these workouts are hard core. I have taken a few friends and they have even said they haven’t had a work out like this before. I will also add that it’s a fun way to get into shape. Everyone that attends the classes is so nice and encouraging of one another I always feel great when I leave.

I love this class! Hilary is such an awesome trainer! She pushes and challenges you each week! I have gone once a week for 5 weeks and I have already seen major changes in my body. These workouts can be completed by any fitness level and Hilary will modify any workout for your physical needs. I look forward to this class every week! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this class! It is an amazing workout! Every week it’s something new, And Hilary never disappoints! I have yet to have a Saturday that I haven’t burned over 700 calories! Full body workout done in an hour! I have taken a couple of friends to this class and they loved it too. I highly recommend it, no matter your fitness level.

This boot camp is now offer on Saturdays at 10AM! Hilary is wonderful and the women who attend are the greatest. It’s very encouraging knowing that there are people there supporting you to get through this tough workout. So worth it!
