They totally outsource their repair services and do NOT do a great job planning the logistics. I waited 2.5 hours for a repairman, rushing back from work at 4:00 pm because when I asked for a 4:30 pm apppointment I was told no, I had to be there at 4. No one showed up until 6:30pm. AND after all that, my freezer was STILL broken the next day and they had to come back and fix it again. Don’t call Sears Repair.
