Leasing office useless, they always been rude to me and been there like 5 – 6 times only once a girl was kind of nice I guess because was almost time to go home, work orders never get done since I put one already 3 time at the first they said they fixed and everything they did was went inside the apartment and turned off a small radio I always have on, once I got the apartment it was all dirty and grease all over the place. If you wanna live inside the loop you better choose across the street. I asked today for 2 pieces of paper to print something and they told me rolling their eyes «we are sorry since we dont provide paper». Visitors and residents as well make a big jam at the gate since the only way in is with a card that they were trying to charge me $ 30 and when I saw the lease it was only $ 20. They don’t have a code to go thru the gate and visitors sometimes sneak thru the exit gate and I almost been hit twice in the last month. They do take care of the grass and areas but apartments I guess isn’t on their plans. Been here for a month and can’t wait till the lease is over so they can take advantage of someone else, but for sure I will leave the apartment spotless.

It’s a dump. People at the leasing office are mostly useless and incompetent. But it’s cheap and inside the loop. You get what you pay for I guess. Marisol is the best though.

I walked into the leasing office to get some info and proceeded to just wait around until finally getting some attention. The person who did finally assist me seemed to want to make the process as quick for herself as possible, but she wasn’t rude. There was some yelling between staff about residents who had fines to pay or about complaints, you would think that would be handle in private. Lots of hostility in the air.

Absolute worst apartment complex ever. They try to screw you over at every opportunity and charge fee after fee of ridiculous things. Terrible management. Do not live here.
