I came across this modest food truck after I dropped someone off in the neighborhood, and was quickly won over by the charm and friendliness of the ladies that work it. Catracho flavor profile is mild like most Central American foods, but that doesn’t mean that it’s lacking in flavor. Their tacos are essentially fried flautas, served with a side salad of shredded cabbage that I gobbled up even though I am not a huge fan of it! While I ate my food The ladies kept giving me samples of some of their other dishes and encouraging me to come back, all the while four or five customers came by picking up to-go orders so these ladies do quite a bit of business for local Latin families. The most popular dish seems to be the chicken dinner which I will have to try next time I come by — which will definitely be very soon!
