ALWAYS understaffed! Really?! 2 people in customer service with a line of 8 people. 2 people in the mini restaurant with a gigantic line… Are you guys not making enough $ to hire a few more people

Just became a member today. Not impressed with the prices at all. I feel like I’ve made a mistake. Some of the items are reasonably priced but don’t expect to find the cheapest prices. Employees are very nice.

Today, I had a very difficult task for Sam’s to do. I had to return a significant amount of food because of changes in schedule and shopping mistakes on my part. I had two huge carts full of food. The law says that once they return the food they have to throw it away, which is sad, but understandable. However, even with all this food going to waste, the staff there was so kind and generous. They helped us so much and showed us hospitality. They showed patience with us and even talked about favorite places to go to on vacation! It was just an amazing experience because for most people doing all this work would make them mad however, they put the customer first and truly helped us out. Rick from customer service was so kind and helpful to us by welcoming us and making sure he got the proper assistance from managers to make sure he was doing the right work. He made me feel welcomed and loved. He even printed us a copy of our receipt and explained what they did and how the refund was all going to work out. Marsha from customer service was so amazing with helping Rick scan our items for return. She was so funny and she lightened the mood. She did a great job at double checking our refund and even got a mistake so that we could keep one of our items. It is little things like that, that go a long way. I appreciate the fact that she took her time to count all of our items returned just to make sure it was all good. Also, Dianne the manager from customer service, was an absolute delight. She was so helpful and took charge. She gave us what we needed and was honest with us. Again, this was my mistake, but she was so loving and helped us through it all. If you need good customer service and want to feel welcomed into a store, this is it. This store actually cares about the customers and their products. We event witnessed someone stealing a TV today and the door greeter and a kart boy, ran all the way out into the parking lot to try and catch them. They could’ve easily not cared and let them get away with it but they were so focused on keeping their store the best it can be that they went out to try and stop that person. This store is great and deserves recognition for that. Especially Rick, Marsha, Dianne, the door greeter, and the kart boy. It is men and women like these who make this store truly what it is, a loving place. Thank you again Sam’s Club.

I guess I have to say I’m a fan. I have been a long time Sams club member and decided after 8 or so years to try Costco. Why because of the bad press surrounding Sams/Wallmart and how they treat their employees. I have returned to Sams because of availability of product, product I use and number of locations. It is not the price because I would pay more at Costco if they had the products I use.

The store was overall good. The staff was very pleasant. Their meat selection was expensive. The guy at the snack bar didn’t speak english which I had to ask him for a soda for 5 min before he figured out what i was saying. Other than that the store is in a great location and the customer service/cashier employees were nice and helpful. Wide variety of food that will last you longer than two weeks. They do have a cash back program that is very good, and I highly recommend. I wish they had a better coupon program for Sam members, but over all I love this Sam’s they always seem to have it together.

Very pleasant first impression. I have been a member for 5 years and I can testify that this is the best club from around the city.(I have visited 6). It is spotless and they have more space than others. The articles are the same.

I love this Sam’s.they always seem to have it together. The tire center was my latest stop. I purchased tires for my truck at another Sam’s and had misplaced the receipt. I needed a routine tire rotation and a spin balance. The shop attendant looked the transaction up in their data base and produced a copy for future reference. They promptly pulled my vehicle into the shop and started working. I was very impressed to see this being done. The staff was fast and friendly from start to the finish. This place is a class act!

What I don’t get at the usual grocery store, I get in bulk here. Like your bottled water, family packs of meat. And if you’re in the mood, the 3-pack of beef jerky. The floral section isn’t half bad. You can usually find good fresh flowers. This is one Sam’s that I’ve never had to wait in long lines at.
