BUYERBEWARE!!! This place is terrible and the equipment is extremely over priced. I purchased a styling chair, stool and massage table 12/11/2014. They set up the styling chair and stool. When I got home I realized the chair and stool didn’t work. The stool didn’t rise or lock. I have to ask my clients to stand so that I can rise or lower the styling chair. I contacted this supplier and they said I’d have to deliver the equipment back to the store for then to repair it. I drive a small corolla. I told them I’d have to rent a uhaul and if they could please pick it up when they were in my area. They said they wold charge me $ 100 pick fee and $ 100 delivery fee for something the didn’t set up correctly! Ridiculous! I was finally able to bring the items back with much struggle(rent a uhaul, have soneone help me move items) only to have them tell me they wouldn’t service the equipment because I was 10 days put of the warranty! Terrible customer service!!! I spent my hard earned money on these over priced items and got nothing I can use. There was no empathy, they are very stone faced and cold. They just looked at me and said it wasn’t their problem anymore.

As a former beauty school owner, I only wish we’d had a place like this in Austin to be able to find the stuff I needed. Not only equipment, but they also carry their own full line of products, which are AWESOME — They also carry regular every day beauty supply needs as well. Well worth a trip if you’re looking for just some combs or you need to build out a salon.

I have been a salon owner for over 6 years and as many of you know, as time goes on, your equipment needs replacement parts. I have always said that you only really know a business when the sale is over and you need some help later down the road. I was frustrated with finding a part for an electric styling chair. But that ended when i called Salon wholesalers and heard«Hi, this is Joel how can i make it a great day for you?» From that moment on I received what i would consider platinum customer service. It is not uncommon to receive that kind of service when you are standing there with cash in your hand, but when you are calling from San Diego with parts issues, it is something i rarely experience. Here is how I would rate«Platinum Service» 1. Courteous assessment of the issue 2. Promising to do everything possible to resolve. 3 Asking for photos of part needed 4. following up on search without me having to keep calling back 5.Resolving my issue as if it was more important to them then it was for me. If i lived in this area, I would definitely be a client, but just know for sure if you need to do business over the phone or internet as I do, that this is a business that you can trust.
