Horrible customer service!!! A got a secret santa present from my boss’ wife. I loved the product i got, it was just not my color. So, I went to do an even exchange. The ladies in there look at me like I was stealing from them or something. The lady at the counter was so rude that she open the sealed container with her fake nails and then turn around and said it was an open item. Ohh sure, she tried to blame me for her actions. Rude, Rude, Rude… next time I will drive the extra 10 minutes to the other Westheimer location.

I only come here when I’m looking for something very specific and I don’t want to deal with a larger store like Target or pay more at a CVS. The store is small, but has a good selection of hair and nail products for both professionals and regular folks. Service can be iffy. Some are helpful and some seem like they would much rather be somewhere else.

I love Sally’s beauty supply! I always can find the best beauty supplies needed. There is all kind of hair products and supplies. There is different variety of curling irons and flat irons but of course the best is the CHI.
There are all kind of nail products available that the salons use. They have all the colors of nail polish available.
The employees are friendly and very knowledgable with the products. There always having specials BOGO’s and they have a membership card where you get points and get coupons. Sally’s beauty supply is always the way to go.
