Today was my last time coming here used to come here ones a week and enjoyed every time
Today I called like every time to place a order she refused to sell me the special for today because it was too cheap? ?
Told here to forget about it and decided to stop by she explained to me that now there is a new owner and that’s what they want to do (not selling me the special for today) unbelievable the worst place to go don’t come here !!!
Wish the old owner was back

The outside is not good looking and run down. Don’t let that fool you. It’s a hole in the wall, and it’s DELICIOUS! The people here are very friendly. I highly recommended this place. It’s not a very good looking part of town either but it’s not horrible like I’ve seen in LA. I’m coming back :)

The owner/​manager/​behind the counter guy? is very helpful every time my husband and I have come here. They always have new suggestions for us newbs and the food is always delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful. Will always come back for the awesome food and the kind staff is a definite plus!

The best place for biryani i have found in the recent times. Open until late night which is an added advantage for those who have come down to watch movies from UHCL. Mutton chops, Goat Biryani are the best. It has indoor pool and english tables too.

If you read enough reviews about Pakistani restaurants, one dish keeps coming up. Beef Nihari.
All I can say is that Beef Nihari, after having it a bunch, is not for me. This place comes highly recommended for the dish, but I really just don’t like my beef prepared in this fashion. Much like Poulet in Haitian cuisine, the end result is not what im looking for.
The vibe is cool, the staff is friendly.
I believe there’s a snooker room in the back, and a game room off to the side.
Can’t really add too much more intel, as not being a native of the cuisine, but the food I’ve had there has never been dumbed down for foreigners.

man me and wife love this place, its out of our way but we go there at least two times a week. service is great, food is delicious and yumi and fresh and place is very clean usually pakistani restaurants are not like this at all most of them cant keep up with cleananing. OUR FAVS are

1 of the place thats open daily for a late, late dinner and a game of snooker. Afghani chicken and brain masala here are good, but the highlight is the naan — thin and crispy.

Bihari kabab here was excellent but the Nihari, although good, had a lot of oil.
I love that they were open till past 1a on Sat night while other Pakistani restaurants in Houston closed by 11 or midnight.
Atmosphere was familial and very casual. Décor is poor.
While not my first overall choice, this place is open late and perhaps a great option for late night grub.

I found myself in Houston late at night having eaten almost nothing all day long. The super-​nice gentleman who drove me in his shuttle took pity on me, and drove me to Salaam Namaste. The daal fry and roti were amazing.
I went back for lunch next day as well, and the paneer was out-​of-​the-​world.
I’ll definitely go back when I’m Houston again.
