SCREW THIS PLACE. If I could give a negative star review I absolutely would. Walked in, sat down, and was asked what would we like to drink so of course we said water. Brings out water bottles. $ 2.50 each. We wanted to leave to meet a friend somewhere else, and they say we had to pay for the water bottles. Didn’t notify us that the water was not free beforehand. Said she couldn’t cancel the transaction and that it’s normal that places charges for water. Waitress was very rude and had an attitude.
DO NOT GO EVER INTO THIS HORRENDOUS, RIDICULOUSLY STUPID ESTABLISHMENT IN YOUR LIFETIME. or any of your other lifetimes.
I wouldn’t even wish my worse enemies to step near this place.

I visited Red Velvet with friends for the College Model Search competition finals, and had an amazing night!
One of the only Viet establishments around Houston that is smoke-​free. I’ve been wanting to catch Viet singers when they visit Houston, but they’re always at more traditional VIet establishments where you can barely see the entertainer right in front of you due to all the cigarette smoke clouding your vision.
The fried rice was actually pretty good, the prices weren’t unreasonable, the waitresses were pretty, and the entertainment was spectacular. I’d highly recommend this place for my not-​so-​Asian Unilocalers out there who want the Viet entertainment without the Viet accommodations.
