I definitely would not recommend this place. I went in to order take-out, and the employee at the counter asked if I spoke spanish. I don’t, and she said she doesn’t speak english. I ordered by pointing at the menu what I wanted. She then had to wait for the waitress to get done waiting on her tables so she could confirm what I wanted in the order. When it came time to pay, I handed them a $ 20 bill and they didn’t have the appropriate change and had to ask me if I had 23 cents, which I had to infer because they were speaking in spanish and fumbling around the register looking for change. Finally the food itself: Not very good. I’d say it’s just a step above taco cabana, but not by much. For the price, I’ve had way WAY better fajitas. On top of that, they don’t give you chips or dipping salsa. An order of Fajitas doesn’t come with cheese, sour cream, jalapenos. Just pico and guacamole, a tiny amount of it. And it tasted like it was out of one of the pre-made packages, not fresh made. Food came out fast, which when you are ordering Fajitas, is not a good sign necessarily. Not recommended.

(This review is based only on the service) Food was good and I am a fan of the Ruchies chain. However the service was pretty disappointing at this fuqua location. First time I went, my friend I both were over charged $ 2 for a $ 5 burrito, but did not think of much of it. Went back today and ordered the same thing, was charged $ 2 less for the same dish(which was the correct amount), so there is an issue with their pricing. I go to pay for my burrito today and my card gets wrongfully declined and the waitress/“manager” takes my debit card and insists I pay before I get it back. Offered her my drivers license for collateral so I could go somewhere and get cash back and she refused. Finally got her to agree to take my license and another debit card that I don’t use so I could go to Walgreens and receive cash back, which I did. I get back to Ruchies and the waitress had stapled my license and debit card together which did nothing but puncture my black strips, and I also did not receive a receipt. So I do not know what is wrong with their machines but this was frustrating and inconvenient. Bring cash just in case this happens to you!

Oh Ruchies, I only have come here in a drunken stupor at 3am(it’s 24hours). Any other time the food is inedible. I always feel bad for the servers having to deal with the drunken crowds that congregate here. I’ve seen fights, arrests, screaming matches happen on different occasions at this location both inside and in the parking lot, never a dull experience.

Place is dead. Not a good sign for any Mexican restaurant around dinner time. Even the bar is empty. Decent layout with tv’s although they’re very small. The tomato paste… I mean salsa is horrible. It has flavor but something like this would never be set out on my table at home. A Mexican style salsa it is not. Ordered basic food which came it quickly. Fajita torta and pollo guisado tacos… again, some flavor, but nothing amazing. Final verdict… The meat market down the street sells better food. Cook at home if you can… I guess that’s why nobody is here right now

I had their fajita tacos which is steak tacos. For an authentic place, their tacos are just ok. Kind of dry but seasoned ok. There is a vast majority of food options on the menu though.

Great place for breakfast! The portions are always the perfect size. The staff is a little slow but I only am there on the weekends.

I personally like Ruchis but the place always seems kind of dirty! The RR are truly disgusting but the enchiladas are the best!!! If it wasn’t for them I honestly wouldn’t go back!

It’s a 24 hour spot, so it’s everyone’s spot after a night out. There is usually a fight that goes down between a few drunks. But if that doesn’t scare you… Food always hits the spot. I usually get a torta which are awesome. The queso flameado is one of my favorites there too!

Great taqueria-style restaurant that is open 24/7, so when its 3am and you want good food, finally there’s an alternative to IHOP or Dennys!!! The bar crowd hits this place up after 2am, so it can be a bit crowded, but the food certainly hits the spot. Try the Alhambre — mexican style shiskabob. Its very good and«low carb» for those dieting. For breakfast order the Chilaquiles. Crispy tortilla strips mixed with scrabled eggs, onion, queso fresco and topped with red salsa. Their salsa verde is also very good, and different from the standard norm.
