Ruby’s is a fantastic shop, and the owner George cares more about the customer’s happiness than he does profit. He’ll spend as much time with a customer as they need and even order wigs if he doesn’t have them in stock. When you pick up your wig, Cheryl styles it beautifully for you! Unlike wig shops anywhere near the med center, George doesn’t jack up his prices, and he even offers special deals (like buy 2 get 1 free!). FYI I found Ruby’s after realizing their prices are nearly ½ what other wig shops charge (and they all say they cater to chemo patients, so let that sink in for a minute… I was furious when I realized the price gouging going on). I send everyone to Ruby’s!

Great selection of wigs. The owner George is pleasant, he doesn’t rush you, allows you to try on the wigs and gives you his honest opinion. He also gives wig education to the newbies. I went in to help someone else make a decision but walked out with a purchase of my own.
He also does some great charity work so you feel good about making a purchase there.

I’m not a wig expert but I learned a lot during my recent visit here. George gave personal attention and explained the various styles, fit, care and maintenance of the wigs. Also, he will give his opinion as a guy, on whether something looks good on you — he’s not just trying to make a sale. Although a little pricey to make this a regular occurrence, I would definitely recommend this shop and will return in the future if in the market for a new look.
