This is the business from HELL. They are a brother and sister «team». She makes the deal with the client and he comes in and reviews the figures and «they anit right «. She comes back and has forgotten what you agreed on and now the price has changed. In fact it changes between the time she faxe’s the contract to you. But I don’t do New math? They as the last minute they get the door and want your guest to know «they» own the place. But when you call them on it, it’s the other one fault. This place is not a place I would ever do business with again. Beware !!!

I am only giving this place two stars because the interior of the place is elegant and beautiful. The decorations were also beautiful. I would like to mention that the coordinator Jenny is very polite and tried to take care of all of our requests, HOWEVER, there was a great deal of disorganization between the staff and the owners of the venue. The staff failed to properly hand out the food to our guests. We had to keep going back and forth to ask for refills and get more plates out. We also brought extra food in case we ran out of plates that we bought from the venue and that wasn’t even handed out. We had so much food left over and most of guests left hungry. We also brought pasta and they handed it out to the party next door instead of us. Another thing was that we had a problem with the margarita machine. First, they gave us a hard time saying that margaritas were $ 5 each because we did not pay for unlimited margaritas when we in fact did and even had proof on our contract sheet. This was resolved, but it was a waste to spend $ 300 on «unlimited margaritas» when the machines would stop working constantly throughout the night AND the owners didn’t even bother fixing it right away. They also shut the machine down around 12 am. We still had 1 hour left. I feel like this was a total rip off. Of course this was for their own convenience since it was «unlimited» and not getting profit out of it. Another huge dishonest error I would like to point out is the fact that we brought our own beer and found out that one of our guests followed one of the servers who he saw take a beer from our side to resell them to the other party next door! We brought our own beer and they had the nerve to take OUR beer that we bought to resell it to the other side! At one point the lady owner of the place took over taking care of the bar and told my guests that we had run out of beer. When another staff member took over the bar, my guests went to go ask again and were given beers! Sounds like the owner was lying because she wanted to have some beers to resell to the other party. If I were you, I would keep an eye out if I were using this venue. The staff and owners are sneaky and dishonest.
