Nothing fancy or out of the ordinary with the clothes they cleaned. Prices are fair. The place is not exceptionally clean or exceptionally dirty. Just run of the mill. My first experience with them was not great. I dropped off my clothes around 8am and was told they would be ready by 5:30pm. The place closes at 6:30 so you have a one hour pickup window for same day cleaning. When I arrived at 5:45 they told me a machine had broken and the clothes would not be ready until the next day. Frustrating, especially when trying to hit that small pick-up window, but not the end of the world.

This lady is a life saver! I’ve been here a couple of times for dry cleaning n mainly alteration just bc its so close to home. I needed a same day alteration. Today around 1pm I dropped off a dress that needed hemming. She told me it’ll be ready after 5pm. I stopped by at 5 on the dot n my dress was already finished. Compared to other alteration places I’ve checked with charges $ 35+ guarantee same day or next morning. This lady charged me only $ 15. This place is fast(upon request), affordable and does a fair/good job. I will continue coming back. *tip: This is not a full dry cleaner. Most small dry cleaners like this one takes their customers garments and drop it off at a larger cleaner that has all the dry cleaning machines and equipments. Her work is mainly alteration.

AWFUL! Very rude and nasty. Don’t waste your money with these horrible people.

I’ve taken my shirts here for months now and the lady there is always over the top friendly and remembers me by name. The price is very reasonable and the service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to my colleagues and friends.

I had been looking for a while and read the reviews. Decided to check it out and was happy I did. I called around to price and was surprised on expensive it was to replace. I had them replace zipper for 2 pair of my jeans. The did a great job and charge a good price.

Just moved to Houston from Los Angeles and looked for a dry cleaner to do some pretty basic stuff, like clean… clothes… by dry cleaning. Not so difficult, theoretically for a «Cleaner.» To make a long story short, the woman charged me for an extra pair of pants to be dry cleaned and pressed. Now, I didn’t get too irked… which was overpriced I tell ya(two pants, 3 shirts, 1 skirt/dress for the wife = $ 22). Then I let that slide as well. Come home to find a day later that she busted my button on one of my shirts and stained the other one with coffee/rust/brown ___stain!!! This is a «Cleaner» mind you. Never again. The lady ain’t all that friendly anyway. Oh yeah, the clear bag they put over my clothes smelled like moth balls… Overall, you get the picture. I can’t say my experience at this place reflects the other reviewers.

I dropped off 4 items: a dry-clean only business dress, an expensive suit jacket from the limited(also dry-clean only), some slacks to be hemmed and dry cleaned, and a pencil skirt which I had somehow smeared sugar-free gum on, and was afraid it would not come out. So, a pretty diverse load of clothes to be dealt with. She let me put on the too-long slacks and the shoes I would wear them with(I brought my flats and my heels for work), pinned one leg up, making sure it would be an appropriate length for both pairs of shoes. I dropped it all off Saturday around 4pm and was able to pick it up Monday after work, and the bill was only $ 23. Not bad at all! I got home and inspected all my items and was very pleased. The gum came out, the pants were hemmed neatly, and my dry cleaning looked clean and creased. I drove past 6 other dry cleaners all within the same 1.5 miles of my apartment, on the way to this place, because of the other positive reviews, and I will say, I was not disappointed!

In a city packed to the treetops with dry cleaners, I rolled the dice when picking a new place and tried Royal Oaks Cleaner. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. The customer service is OUTSTANDING(the lady at the counter/owner, saw me getting out of my car and had my clothes ready and waiting for me at the counter before I even step-foot through the door). The cleaning is impeccable. On a typical day, my shirts may get something on them and I clearly recall what it was. After the weekend is over, however, my clothing tends to have stains that require nothing short of a forensic investigation to determine their origins. I leave it to Royal Oaks Cleaners to magically, and consistently, remove them all. That alone gets them 5 stars!

Ok after getting tired of being ripped off by that other cleaners. I found this place just 1 block down. Great service and prices. I mean 1.99 for dry cleaning is a lot better than paying 5.00 for the exact same thing! I have only seen 1 Asian lady working she is really nice. The first day I went to pick up, I didn’t know they only take cash no credit cards. She never even meet me before and let me go. She said«just pay next time.» I was like uh? WOW that’s really cool. Who still does that? I am glad to see customer service still exists!
