Terrible service! Doctor never returned my call after several attempts and after 2 weeks I have still not received a call. Waste of time and money!

Can’t say enough about the staff! They are extremely helpful and very professional. I am very happy with the results I’ve gotten.

Amazing results for first experience!
I used River Oaks Med Spa at a satellite location as they were hosting a filler party. They were offering $ 9 a unit. There were 2 nurses on location as well has a handful of the office staff and one of the owners. I was quite impressed how many workers came out on an evening to host this event. The owner introduced himself and everyone was warm and extremely friendly.
This was my FIRST time receiving Botox and as you can imagine I was extremely nervous. The nurse (I wish I could remember her name) was extremely knowledgable and came with several years experience. She was gentle and talked me through every step. She assured me everything would come out beautifully and oh my gosh did it ever!
She only used 17 units (I was quite shocked because I am 40 and I was so sured I’d need so much more). The obviously don’t overkill or shoot you with more than you need. The results are amazing. She explained it would take up to a week to see the full results which was exactly how it happened — one week.
I am so thrilled with my results and I will be using River Oaks Med Spa in the future.

I have been going to River Oaks Med Spa for about 3 months now and am seeing results that I had al but given up on. The staff is very nice and professional. They offer a number of services all aimed to make you the best self that you can be, and they are reasonably priced. For the level of service you receive, I would say it’s a great value.

Maria, Kandace, Dr. Manzi, Ash, and the entire team at River Oaks Med Spa are just terrific! They offer a wonderful line of services, and they are very client-​centered. The office is lovely, and everyone is so welcoming! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Today, I met with Maria, and she was a wonderful source of information and a terrific support. I am looking forward to scheduling a return visit with her again in the near future. I have also received a facial from Kandace, and she is fabulous! My skin was glowing as I walked out of the office, and I have been able to see a difference in the appearance of my skin since that time. Dr. Manzi is also terrific and a true expert and skin care services. I just can’t say enough good things about this med spa. I’ve had nothing but good experiences there!

River Oaks Med Spa has such a friendly staff who are very knowledgable about their services. The prices are great compared to other med spas and very fair. I highly recommend checking them out and taking advantage of their complimentary consultations!

I got a groupon for this place for a sclerotherapy treatment. They called before the visit to make sure I confirmed the appointment and they sent me pre-​procedures instructions. The location is easy to find and very clean. I showed up right at my appointment time and waited less than 5 minutes before I was taken into a room for my procedure. It was pretty quick and they seemed to have a lot of staff.
The technician who worked on my legs was excellent! I was pretty nervous but she was really friendly and comforting. She seemed very knowledgeable and as we talked, it seemed she had over 20 years of experience which is always good to know! She worked for maybe 45 minutes performing injections. It was uncomfortable but not painful. She was very thorough. I had prepaid for 4 areas but it didn’t seem like she was sticking specifically to 4 small areas which was nice. I felt like I got my money’s worth for sure. They gave me a printout with instructions for after the appointment (don’t take a shower for 24 hours, etc). I would go back again and would recommend it to others.

Dr. Williams has worked with me to lose 25 pounds in two months. Along with that he worked on my lower back curing what had been 20 years of pain. Its the complete package with this company. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is state of the art and clean. Love my experience here.
