I’ve been coming here for years and now my mom and sister come here as well. They are wonderful at what they do and just so nice. There are days when they are crowded so come prepared for a 30 minute wait at most. You can also make an appointment if you prefer. I usually go to Helen, Lisa or Tam. Lisa is my favorite for nail art and if you’re a perfectionist, go to her because she is too. They are very clean, plus their prices are unbeatable.

I hate to write another bad review about this place but I have to. I amend what I said before — my mother no longer likes this place and they aren’t very nice. Today we went in, and it was a bit packed. They let me go first for a pedicure. Half way through my pedicure, my mother was FINALLY seated. They gave her a new person, someone who looked about 12 years old and didn’t seem to have a clue as to what she was doing. I looked over and my mother was clipping her own nails because the girl had no clue. Then, the lady I had working on me feet, acted like she couldn’t speak when I told her stuff. She didn’t even give me or offer me the wax. After my pedicure I went for a manicure. My manicure was done and I look over and my mother STILL isn’t done with her pedicure. No polish had even been put on yet. We were there over an hour dealing with this place. My mother expressed her disappointment and some other lady(the older one) came over and finished up her pedicure. The lady told my mom she«shouldn’t come on weekends» which makes no sense considering OTHER people come on weekends and I assume that if they are open on weekends, coming on weekends is allowed. How dare they get an attitude with her, especially since she has been pretty devoted to this establishment and goes there a lot. She got my sister to go there too. And yet, they treated her like they didn’t care about her at all. Why in the world would they give my mother, a loyal patron, the NEW chick who has no clue what she’s doing? My mother couldn’t take sitting there anymore and refused to get a manicure. What’s worse is they didn’t even offer to comp her pedicure. They made her pay $ 20 for a shoddy pedicure. Their slowness is nothing new to me, but the rudeness is. My mother, my sister, nor I will be back. This place sucks. Unless you want to spend all day in a chair don’t go here. There is a place nearby called Millennium that does nails. It’s on Fondren and 59. Try there instead. FYI, I’m pretty sure this place isn’t clean.
