We were selling our home and the buyer’s inspector noted a window that had lost its seal and trim on some other windows that needed sealing. Ray and his team came out to the house to look at the windows for repair. Instead of completing an unnecessary job, he told me that the windows were fine and didn’t need repair. He even wrote out an invoice noting that without charging me. I really appreciated their honesty.
