This has got to be the WORST company ever for customer service. I spent 45 minutes on the phone three days in a row just trying to get them to send me a contract to increase the frequency of my pick up. I finally got the contract, signed it, & returned it & then they immediately sent me a new contract to sign at DOUBLE the price. When I protested, I was told that it would be forwarded to a manager for review. Ten days later after hearing nothing back I told them to just cancel my service. Now they are trying to use the ‘contract’ to say that I cannot cancel my service. Obviously they are operating under the incorrect idea that they are the only waste management company in town.

DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT WITH THEM!!! DO NOT even do any business with this company! Very Shady!!!
I would have given it 0 star rating but need to put at least one to write my review. Our company was lured in by their lower price, but not long after we signed the contract with them, they started raising the rate on us. First time was only $ 5 dollars extra per month, then it’s $ 10 extra per month, and so on. And when we called and complained they blamed it on the rising operation cost and so on. Now after they’re raising it again and this time it’s $ 32 per month. We called and asked what’s the reason for such a hike in rate and they just flat out said we signed a contract and according to the contract they could raise the price whenever they want to and we can’t do anything about it. This is a very shady business. We had signed a 2 year contract with them and within that 2 years, they’d raised the price about 4 times. Now that our contract is almost up, they know we won’t be using them again, so this time the amount increased is much greater than the previous ones.

This is by far the worst waste service company that I have ever done business with in the Houston Area. Pleaseeee!!! Use another reliable company. They have given me incorrect information regarding deliveries at least 4 times. They misinformed me of paperwork necessary to perform the work to begin with and have refused to let me speak with a manager to resolve any issues. They also billed my credit card for the wrong amount, and also originally misquoted me to begin with!
I have lost a considerable amount of money and one contract as a result of them not delivering a roll off dumpster when I had scheduled it. This has happened twice!!!
There is absolutely no reason why someone should ever use this company! They will not help you resolve issues, they are unreliable, they take advantage of you, they will not respond to your request, and above all they lie to you and then don’t make things right.
They should receive ZERO STARS!!!
I am furious with this poor excuse of a company!
