Relax The Back

i have shopped several relax the back stores in the houston area, but i come here to make my purchases because the staff is absolutely wonderful.
when you get ready to buy your chair or bed or desk etc, ask for linda garcia — her attention to detail, her willingness to go the extra mile, her thoroughness and follow up are simply extraordinary.
i placed a complicated special order yesterday that took a good deal of time to navigate through, and linda’s incredible customer service pulled it all together, and took all of my anxiety away.
i called this morning to make a fundamental change to my order and she graciously made the adjustment and then went the extra mile and mentioned that she had also followed up on another piece of furniture i was interested in.
the products these stores carry are pricey, but worth every penny. they are extremely well made and they really do what they say they will — your back (as well as the rest of your body) will feel so much better when you switch to these products! i highly recommend their products in general, this store specifically, and linda garcia personally — she is a little gem, and one in a million!
