If I could give fewer stars to Regus I would. After they bought out Abby Executive Suites they consistently screwed up my invoices, often charging me double for telecomm and kitchen services and inexplicably adding a bogus $ 1000 charge to my rent. Local management was clueless and inept. They went through 3 office managers in 6 months. Every month, paying my rent became a nightmare.
They also performed an unauthorized $ 500+ draft on my debit card, draining my account of money at close of business on Friday when I couldn’t do anything about it. The bank performed an investigation and found Regus at fault. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC/​DEBIT INFO!

The company I worked for rented several offices from Regus. The center was nice & kept clean. The kitchen was well appointed as the two conference rooms. Individual offices vary by size & are furnished with good quality stuff. Security is pretty good, only had one crazy person on the floor during the 7 months I worked there & luckily he never got past the receptionist. The front desk personnel are nice & will help out (for a price) if needed. However, if you piss off or get on the bad side of Marci she will get very snippy with you. I did or said something that affronted her & gone were the friendly greetings, smiles & eye contact.

I’ve been extremely happy with my experience at this location. The staff is outstanding. They are very responsive and always happy to help you with anything you need. Total professionals. Combining the great customer service and great location, this Regus center is hard to beat.

I have worked in this Regus office for 3 years now and the staff has always been very professional and extremely nice. Tiffany, Farhat, and Marcy are the best! We couldn’t have picked a nicer location, but the staff is really what sets this office apart from all of the others (many many others we have experienced.)

The Regus team in the San Felipe Plaza is extremely professional. They provide an excellent work environment with superior customer service. Whether you are looking for an inexpensive place to base your start up or a place to hold a corporate meeting – this is the place. Located in the heart of the Galleria, the Regus facilities are within walking distance of anything you could need. I highly recommend using this Regus location.
