Same experience as previous review. We had the pool pump replaced through our home warranty company. First time he came out, he didn’t even put his bag down, just said it was the bearings and would calm down. Five months later, came out and replaced pool pump motor as it seized up after pump screeching all of that time. Five months after that, same issue, pump has now frozen up and they do not warranty their work. We were told only labor for the first 30 days. We had already discontinued our home warranty due to similar issues with A/C so we have no recourse.

I used Reflection Pools because they are the company my home warranty sends out for pool repairs. They replaced some pool plumbing for me that was leaking. When the technician left, I noticed there was still a leak coming out of the bottom of the chlorinator. He said it was not a leak, but just needed to «dry out for a few hours.» I called the next day because there was still a constant leak. The technician came back and told me that the chlorinator was leaking, and that it was not covered by my warranty. I discussed with him the fact that it was collateral damage, and that the chlorinator was not leaking until after he did his plumbing«repair.» He denied having anything to do with it, and gave me a quote to replace the chlorinator.(about $ 150) I called the home warranty company to complain and ask that another pool company come out to look at the damage done. They said they had to give Reflection Pools the chance to look at it first. Reflection called and asked me to send them pictures of the plumbing. I received a call back later saying that the pool plumbing was done incorrectly, but that THEYHADN’T DONEIT. The woman said I had had someone else come out and do the faulty repair that caused my chlorinator to leak. I didn’t even know how to respond to that since it was so absurd. I decided my luck was up, but then the home warranty company did something unexpected, and sent out another pool company! The second company said the chlorinator wasn’t leaking at all, it was the plumbing, and since the clorinator was the lowest point, the water dripped from there. He proceeded to fix the poor plumbing that had been done by Reflection. Took about ½ hour, was covered by my home warranty, and I haven’t had any leaking problems since. I highly recommend not using Reflection Pools. If a home warranty company tries to send them to you, ask for another company right away before they even come.
