Being from out of town, we heavily rely on Unilocal.This place was a HUGE disappointment. It’s extremely expensive considering they can’t do designs to save their lives.
When I told her I didn’t want the design anymore due to it looking completely different than the picture, she gave me an attitude and no longer responded to me. How awkward. Btw– if a customer doesn’t like something you need to make them happy.

I came here earlier today to get my eyebrows wax. As a guy I like my brows thick but clean so I specifically told the lady to ONLY clean them up and not to make them any thinner. I reminded her this more than once, but instead of only cleaning she went ahead and wax off most of my brows. Eyebrows are everything and now I have none. According to their price chart, eyebrow waxing is supposedly only $ 8 but she went ahead and charged me $ 10. When I asked her why did she charged me $ 2 extra, she told me it’s because it’s «extra for guys». So not only did she messed up my eye brows but I also charged me extra because I’m a guy. I am very upset by this and will not be coming back.

I just moved to the neighborhood and after reading the great reviews I decided to give Red Crystal Nail Spa Salon a try. I arrived at 3:45 p.m. on 6÷20÷15, there were four women getting pedicures and two women getting manicures. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in and was asked what service I wanted. I asked if my 8 year old daughter and I could get mani/pedi’s…immediately her facial expression changed and it seemed to me that they had no interest in serving my daughter. She stated they were busy until 6:30 p.m. At 3:45 p.m. with only six customers being serviced she tells me they are busy for the next three hours! I have never been turned down for service at any nail salon… EVER! I drove back to my old neighborhood, to the nail salon I love! They know how to treat paying customers!

I’ve came here four times total. They arent the best out there but I really liked what they have done so far. They last a decent amount of time. The price isn’t so bad either. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Place is clean. Have to make an appointment though. Rare to get walk-​ins.
Debbie has done my pedi, pretty good. Alice has done over lay and it was good too!

Found my nail salon, finally! Im very picky when it comes to getting my nails done and have been on a quest to finding my permanent nail salon. Appointment was at 645 and had to wait a little bit, but it was fine. They close at 7pm but they took their time and didnt rush me out like most nail salons.

While this place has that nail salon stinch the employee s are very friendly. The prices are reasonable. I don’t think it good customer to speak a foreign language when 99% of the clients speak English. But I will keep going back because Alice is great at pedicures and foot massages.

I made an appointment for 5pm but was not seen until 5:15. So i was already a little annoyed but the nail tech Alice was very nice. I asked for a full set with pointed tip. However that is not what i got. I was very disappointed that someone can call themselves a nail tech but can not even shape a nail correctly. Overall she did a decent set.

The ladies here were all professional and courteous. I called ahead to see if I could get a mani and pedi at the same time, and they were very accommodating. I chose my nail color first and they made sure to match my toes with the exact same color. This probably isn’t a big deal to a lot of people, but it was a nice touch. I had shellac done on my hands and regular polish on my toes. The deluxe pedicure is worth it, they really take the time to pamper and massage your feet. Will be coming back!

I hate leaving three stars, they were so nice and tried to be quick because I was in a hurry but it took twice as long with two ladies working on my nails. I didn’t mind and initially I was happy because they looked great but they cracked in such a way (straight across the middle of my nail bed) that they could have really hurt me and cause some major damage. I wanted to like it but I won’t be back.

The décor may be a little dated and salon a little cramped, but man do they do a great pedicure. My nail tech was Alice and after helping me choose a color and asking me a few questions about what I was looking for, she proceeded to give me one of the most relaxing pedis ever.
The deluxe pedicure was only $ 35 and included plenty of attention to the nails as wells as lots of scrubbing, massaging and the pièce de résistance, a luxurious hot stone massage. I have a problem with breakage and she fixed things right up. A week later and my toes still look great.

Really nice place! I got a deluxe pedicure it was 35 dollars. They did an amazing job it was worth every penny legs n feet feel refresh!!! Clean place big smile and they pay attention to details. What else can you ask for?

Really love this place. It’s so clean, they cut cuticles with no extra charge & take their time with whatever their tasks are. Not even the slightest bit dissapointed with my shellac mani that is still in 10⁄10 condition after a few days.

I love this place. I get shellac and some places, the shellac is so thin that it still cracks, not here, it is thick and lasts long. They also don’t charge for taking off the previous shellac no matter where you got it from like most places. I love this place. Absolutely a must try if you are in Westchase.

When I first moved to Houston, I went to a nail salon near the Galleria thinking that would be the best manicure I could possibly get. Well, my $ 70 shellac French manicure was sloppy, uneven and so very overpriced. I went to Red Crystal nails on a whim because it is close to home. I am SO glad I did. The girls there are so, so nice, funny, and precise with their work. If every nail isn’t perfect they take the time to redo it. I’ve had acrylic, shellac, regular polish manicures and pedicures and eyebrow waxing there and I will never go to another nail salon in Houston. They know their repeat customers and treat everyone like a friend. Go here for your nails and you won’t be disappointed.
