Where do I start first the chicken is not fully breaded but also dry due to over cooking. I wonder how often they change the grease because I have been there a few times and the fries has had a funny after taste to them. I love the Raising Canes in the galleria the chicken is always juicy and fresh maybe someone should come and train this staff. The teenagers who work here can never seem to get an order right then roll their eyes at you when they messed up. Don’t come to this location! The owner is more concerned about their purple Lexis than the quality of their food.

Always craving chicken from cane’s however when you actually eat it, it get tiring. It’s a once in a while type of food. The toast is so good! If you like fried chicken come here because it is pretty cheap and it’s a combo.

Worst Cane’s ever. Don’t waste your money and eat here. We ordered a big meal for 6 people and the pieces we got were small and consisted mostly of breading. When I complained they told me it’s the«bird» supplier… And she went on explaining that they have two suppliers. Blah blah blah blah. I don’t care about your suppliers, if you care about sustaining high quality you would switch suppliers at the first sign of low quality! Very disappointing!

I like that their chicken fingers are freshly made, but the fingers really have no seasoning to them, so you’ll definitely want to salt and pepper them, and then dip them in cane sauce. The Texas toast is great. It’s soft and is my favorite part of the meal, and their sweet tea is delicious. What I really like about Canes though is that they allow you to swap your coleslaw for extra fries if you don’t like coleslaw, which I don’t, for no extra charge. The box combo is usually enough to fill me up, and is a decent price for a meal. People should definitely sign up for the Caniac card so that they can receive promos via email that are loaded onto their card. Some of the promos that I have gotten from them is BOGO and sometimes free drinks to go with my meal.

This is the fourth time at Canes as this is my kids favorite chicken place. The reason for 3 stars is 3 out of 4 times, 75% they had a new cashier, less than week each, which requires a manager to over ride the order. Generally I don’t hold this against them but this place seems to have exceptionally high turnover, even for fast food. The result is negative and delayed ordering experience. I am very patient but having experienced this 3 out of 4 times is concerning. No issues with food, Chicken and fries are crispy. Place is little dirty in dining area, food crumbs around 4 tables. Bathroom was being cleaned when I stepped in.

For my «second chance» visit, I was slightly happier with my meal. The chicken tenders were not consistently breaded, most were thin and some even soggy. The Cane’s sauce saved the chicken tenders, although 1 sauce for three tenders wasn’t enough. There was absolutely nothing special about the fries, they even tasted like the cheap crinkle cut I can get out of the frozen food section at the grocery store. The toast was by far the best part of the meal… pretty sad. Unfortunately I believe I’d rather just get on over to a good, consistent chik fila

Ate here on Monday in Houston on Weistheimer. Fresh and delicious… but no seasoning or tastings to the tenders ATALL. I still enjoy having them though.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon. They’re always super busy so if you see an open table you better grab it. Love the sweet tea and of course the Canes sauce is my favorite. I don’t like how you have to purchase an extra one, but I’ll keep doing it! Great chicken and friendly service.

The Texas toast was my favorite, the chicken was incredibly good. Cane sauce is a must try. I just wished they offered mashed potatoes.

Came here last week and ordered me a Box combo with extra toast and no coleslaw. I love their cane sauce but it has went downhill since I worked there in 2013. I also think customer service has went downhill as well. I mean it was pretty good service but not like it use to be, they use to have a lot of joy when serving the customers now it’s just like all the other fast food restaurant just dry, rude, or not caring about us customers. The chicken finger was good not great though, cane sauce of course always helps out The French fries were okay The toast was okay, it’s like they don’t spread butter before making the toast Hot. Service was good not great anymore. Now here’s my ratings in their overall performance. Service 6.5÷10 good but not great like it use to be Food 7⁄10 it use to be a 9⁄10 Quickness/Speed 7⁄10 I will still return here because it’s still fairly decent. Giving it a 4 star instead of 2 or 3 because I’m not an A hole. If they were rude and the food was nasty then a 2 star.

They have nice Krispy chicken tenders, the dipping sauce gives it more flavor. I also add hot sauce. The fries are simple. I like the ice they use. The chicken sandwich was good but make sure u put some mayo on it because it can become dry. overall I love the tenders.

I’m not sure if they’ve recently stepped up their game, but I’ve been several times for lunch to this location in the last two months and the chicken strips have been incredibly moist, crisp and generously sized. I’m not a huge fan of their fries, but they are always fresh and crispy. The staff is always über friendly and good with keeping the location clean. I kinda wish I hadn’t tried them, since it’s dangerously good!

Cane’s has the best chicken strips and sauce on the planet Earth! There’s nothing else I can say.

Love this location, it is clean and if going through the drive thru they are really quick. We ordered 25 pc, 2 gallons of tea, fries and toast. It took about 10 minutes which I felt was a little too long. I think they were more worried about meeting their drive thru times. They forgot the gallons of tea so we had to wait more for them to fill them up. Next time I won’t go in, learned my lesson.

They give out doggie treats in case your pup is riding with you and they serve fresh hot chicken strips with yummy lemonade! On top of having such a fun tagline«chicken, chicken, chicken, what box are you pickin»…doesn’t take much to amuse me… then again I’m pretty much addicted to Raising Cane’s.

What is this, a meal for ants? Got the three finger combo. I feel like I got a kid’s meal on accident because I’m so used to these actually being filling(at least at the Cane’s in College Station, Cypress, and the Galleria). These are the tiniest chicken fingers I’ve ever had. Additionally, soggy fries and tiny toasts. Chicken was juicy and tender though. Unfortunately, size matters.

After hearing several people rave about this fast food chicken finger restaurant over the last few years, I finally gave it a try. I came in pretty late and was just not impressed. I ordered the 5 strip combo and substituted the slaw for an extra cane sauce. The sauce was nothing special and maybe should have just kept the order alone. I’d come back if I was desperate for fried chicken late night, but I’d much rather go to Chick-Fil-A or Whataburger not too far from this location.

Cane’s is good and convenient for people on the go(fast food). I usually order the The box combo. The box combo is filling and it’s about $ 7. It comes with 4 Crispy juicy chicken tenders, 1 soft toasted texas toast, coleslaw, fries, drink and the famous cane’s sauce. I loveee cane’s sweet tea! However, it’s too sweet so I mix ½ unsweetened tea and ½ sweet tea to balance out the taste. The only thing that makes this place stand out is the sauce! As some people have mentioned, everything is normal and good. Most people dip their chicken tenders, fries in the sauce to make the meal taste better.

After work on a Sunday I was really craving chicken strips, fingers or nuggets like a small child. My husband took me to work so when he came to pick me up we were brainstorming where to go. I remembere driving by the place countless times driving up and down on Westheimer. We went to the drive thru. This is a very straight forward simple menu. You choose how many chicken strips you want and the more strips the more sides you get. Since this was our first time we decided simple we got the 3 finger combo. It had fries, the Cane sauce, Texas toast and a drink. Service in the drive thru was quick, easy and friendly. We got home with our food it was still hot and tasty! Oh man that Cane sauce is so YUM! My husband very rarely eats just chicken strips. He’s more a a fried chicken on the bone kinda guy. He really enjoyed this and we defeintely wished we had checked out this place earlier. This place is right down the street from us and it’s yummy.
