Q Nails Salon

I have been going to this salon religiously for the past 2 years. The staff is super friendly they know me on a name basis. The best manicurist i would say is Don. He is at the very first both as soon as you walk in. Their prices are reasonable they just went up by i think 2 – 5 dollars but still good price for good service. I live about 45 minutes away because i recently moved but i am a loyal customer! No doubt best salon i have ever been to!

Q. Nails has a friendly staff. They are fast and do a good job. I love the orange spa pedi. This is my new nail spot. :)

Tammy is great! Does a fantastic job! But there are two gentlemen that work there and the older one of the two has no business doing nails! He did my daughter’s mani and pedi with hello kitty decals and didn’t even put them on correctly! Mind you, I have a cosmetology license as well and getting him to give my money back after her nail Polish fell off LESS THAN AN HOUR after leaving and when I called to get my money back for my daughter’s service– it was like pulling teeth! He wanted to give me a $ 5.00 credit when I spent 3 times as much! I understood that they didn’t do refunds but I was willing to take a credit for the horrible work they did on my daughter! (And put it towards my refill that I would have Tammy do two weeks from now) And he still didn’t want to give me that! I had to argue and argue with him and finally he agreed and he said at the end of our convo «I’ll remember you» the. He proceeded to belittle me and I hung up on him since that’s how he treats his customers!!! Honestly I will go back for my credit and one last refill but after that I will not set foot in that place again!
