PSI Testing Center

Arrived to take my certification exam required for work.
Yet another piece of paper to add to the degree and other certifications. Goodness.
Their internet was down.
Said I couldn’t take my exam.
Assured me I could retake it because it was their error.
Promised someone would contact me.
That was May.
This is the end of July.
Ive sent emails to two different companies.
Called PSI and had to leave messages because they are to busy to take my call.
Of course they call me while I’m in clinic with patients. I cannot answer my phone.
I call them back and get another prompt to leave another message!!!
The window to take my exam is closing.
None of this is my fault.
THEIR internet was down and I’m going to be the casualty.
I cannot believe this!
Where is accountability these days?
Just let me take the freaking test or reimburse my test fee.
Good luck trying to improve yourself through PSI.
