My car was so dirty and I needed a wash ASAP so I decided to look for a place near my work so I could get it washed while I was working. I stopped by this place in the Galleria’s Blue garage underneath Galleria Tower 2 and dropped it off. Thankfully the location of the car wash was literally just a few steps away so it made it extremely convenient. Knowing how dirty the car was, I decided to get the best of the best: An Auto Spa Supreme, after all, my poor car needed it after not being washed for 4… months!!! After telling the guy that, he offered to send me a message when it was done so I could pick it up. I did and went on my way back to work. After I got the text, I went back to get the car and I was really surprised. –There was a LONG scratch on the side of the doors I thought would never come off but it was gone! –The car actually looked WHITE! –The pet hair inside the car was gone! –The rubber mats looked brand new. I mean, I could go on and on. I’m definitely pleased with this! I’ll be coming here more and more especially since it’s so close to work and because I had a great first impression.

TERRIBLEJOB!!! A total inconvenience! I have very little time and had to run some errands while at the Galleria so I paid $ 130 to have my car detailed. Convenient right? NOPE! They never called me when my car was ready like they said they would. When I picked up my car and did the inspection, they had missed everything from the very basic cleaning of the dash to not properly shampooing the mats and not vacuuming throughly. They also missed a bunch of spots on the car and when I talked to the manager Esau, he kept making excuses like, «That won’t come off.» Well guess what? I rubbed it off with my finger and it came off. He also kept saying that I had to show him what was missed and they would fix it. Seriously??? That’s how you run a business? I don’t have the time to tell you how to properly wash a car. He offered me a free basic wash AFTER I came back around and complained again after noticing more things they missed, well I didn’t pay for a $ 50 basic wash! When I told him I would be sharing with others online about my experience, HETOLDMEHEWOULDNOTGIVEMETHE«FREEBASICWASH» IF I WROTE A NEGATIVEREVIEW. Fine by me so long as I save someone else the trouble! ABSOLUTELYAWFULEXPERIENCE. The owner never took the time to call me back himself either and the manager lacked professionalism and customer service skills in my opinion. The only reason I went there was because of the convenience but I could’ve had a much better job done anywhere else and saved myself the hassle. Not convenient at all.

Nice amenity to have at the Galleria. The staff was very professional. I ran into Nordstroms to get some quick shopping done and they detailed my car within the hour that I was there. Highly recommended! Car looks awesome!
