Before you read on, please note that the other review by Terry J for this business is fake. As for me, dealing with this business was a rather unfortunate experience, and I’m sure that this is a part of a system and not an accident. This is basically a two-man shop… which is cool — I like small businesses and like dealing with locals. But… I emailed their manager detailed instructions with all images and sizes of the artwork I wanted embroidered on my caps. I was clear and plain in my descriptions and references, and I have years of experience in writing project specs for graphics/design contractors. So, the man called me back the same day and said that he needed a $ 55 deposit to set up the artwork on the embroidery machine. After two days of waiting(it turned out he had to email my artwork to China somewhere to process the images), he invited me in to check out the design. Well, the result of it was my artwork with wrong aspect ratio and in a wrong size. If you are not a graphics professional, an analogy would be watching a regular movie on a widescreen TV(or vice versa) AND watching in in a bad quality. Imagine trying to place graphics like that on YOUR promotional materials… But it gets even better. This man told me that he would issue a full refund to me. Sounds honorable, right? Well, it wasn’t. He said he «couldn’t process the refund to the credit card» because he had«no idea know how to do this on the credit card machine», so he told me that he would mail me a check. Well, it’s been over 6 months now, and this man(a) is still in business and(b) clearly had no intention of refunding my money. Enough said…
