First Time at any of their establishments and went to this one since it is close to my job. A co-worker referred me and I loved it. The«clubby» sandwich was amazingly good and the broccoli and cheese soup was delicious too. Overall I would go back again and get the same thing, or try something different, but I like the chocolate oatmeal cookies they have too. So many good lunch options, just be careful not to spend too much!

Sandwiches were decent but what made the trip was the girl behind the counter. She was super sweet and very helpful.

I really enjoy the food and service at potbelly. They have especially nice soups. My only complaint is the live music. It is very distracting and much too loud. Therefore, from now on, I am a to go customer only. The same goes for the Kirby location.

I have really enjoyed the sandwiches I have tried at this location. I have gone a few times with co-workers because it is a quick drive from the office for lunch hour. The prices aren’t too bad and the ingredients always taste fresh, especially the bread. The staff is usually friendly but not crazy about their job. The cookies are to DIE for… especially the oatmeal chocolate chip. :) Lots of seating is available outside and the sandwich making is always quick.

Best sandwich around. I order online for a lot of different places and the sandwiches are fresh and warm and correctly. Thumbs up all around.

This was my first time here. I liked: –The fresh warm bread –Chicken –Portion size Disliked: –The macaroni salad(too much mayonnaise) –The Italian seasoning was very bland I’d try it again but definitely would get something different!

This was my second time eating at Potbelly and it was fantastic! I got the turkey breast sandwich which is my go-to sandwich at every place. The cookie I chose(double chocolate fudge?) was moist and delicious! Overall a great experience and great food.

Wife and I go here sometimes when we want something fast and sort of cheap. The sandwiches are great sized, usually finish the whole thing without feeling too stuffed but also not left hungry. I really like the chicken salad and the tuna, but the pizza sub is great as well. The location is clean and the staff is friendly, so check it out if you’re looking for a good sandwich in this area.

In general I love potbellies but I absolutely hate coming to this location. these people have no sense of urgency whatsoever and I’m usually here for my lunch break. I love their uptown salad so I have to deal with it I guess

The skinny guy with glasses makes horrible sandwiches. Burned the bread, can’t cut the sandwich in equal halves, sloppy overall. Usually they make decent sandwiches, but in the 30+ times I’ve eaten at various locations, this was the worst. And I almost forgot how dirty the tables were. The place was filthy. You’d think during a slow time they’d clean up the place.

I love Potbelly and I love the service here. All of the employees are very friendly and quick to take orders. They always are attentive and actually listen to my order… getting it right on the first try goes a long way these days! Favorite sandwich — Italian! Try the cookies, sugar ones are amazing. They have also been known to give out cookies at the end of the night

We come here before a movie at the AMC on Dunvale. It’s quick, tasty and never busy in off hours. There’s usually parking right out front. Like most Potbelly shops we go to the folks behind the counter are very friendly and conversational. The nice young man here suggested to my wife — who wanted the flavor of the peppers without the peppers actually on the sandwich — that he liked just the juice from the peppers on the sandwich. It was perfect for her taste. Me? I can’t get enough of their hot pepper relish. It’s my favorite thing about going to Potbelly. They have a terrific selection of sodas — both in the bottle and can and fountain drinks. They have shakes and malts too and they’re good but I rarely get one. The sandwiches come in three different sizes: Skinny = less bread, the regular ones that are not quite a foot long and the big = longer bun and more stuff. The regular is usually perfect for a nice meal. They toast the bread. Their multi-grain bread is really good. And even though they don’t offer all the toppings Subway does, the flavors somehow seem fresher and pop more. I think it’s that fabulous pepper relish or the better bread. They have soups too and I’ve had it once or twice. But it’s the Wreck that is my staple sandwich. Sometimes I grab a bag of chips or a cookie. They don’t have fries or fried cheese. As my wife says it’s «blissfully free of fried crap.» I saw a few ladies come in to get a salad to go and if their sandwiches weren’t so good I might try one. They have live music at times. Not full bands but nice acoustic stuff from local folks. It’s a chain… a good chain… I like it better than Subway for flavor but it is a bit pricier.

Love Potbellys! I don’t eat tuna from any other restaurant! Well one day the manager(who is awesome by the way) took my order and something in the way that I placed my order prompted him to ask me if they’d ever forgotten to add hot peppers to my sandwich in the past. I answered yes but only on two occasions which really isn’t a lot compared to how much I go there. Well to my surprise the manager gave me a big jar of hot peppers for FREE. Now that’s good customer service!!! Potbelly customer for life :) Keep up the amazing customer service :)

I have eaten here a few times. The service is very friendly and fast. The sandwiches are great, and this place is in my top 3 sandwich shops! Here you get the best size portion, no overload of just bread, you actually get to enjoy a sandwich that has flavor. And there peppers… Mmmm… So delicious!!! For a place having a simple, easy menu with low prices, I recommend someone tries it at least once, you’ll never want to go back to subway again!

After driving cross country and craving a nice warm healthy deli sandwich, I found this sweet little sandwich shop nearby the pad that certainly beats Quiznos and Subway in my book. Their menu is simple and reasonably priced. I had a Turkey Breast Original on multigrain wheat bread and was able to choose my toppings. They also serve shakes, baked sweets, malts and low fat smoothies along with your traditional sides of soups and salads that you can choose from. I opted for a bag of chips since I was in a hurry and hungry! If you want something simple and are craving a nice warm toasted sandwich that’s freshly made, I would definitely stop by this shop. If not, you can even order online! :)

The sandwiches are good! The portions are a little bit smaller at a steeper price compared to subway’s $ 5 menu but it tastes so much better than subway. They really toast the bread here so each bite is crispy! I tried A Wreck and the Italian and they were both good but I’m not a big fan of the taste of pepperoni so I like A Wreck more. Sandwiches are a bit smaller but it’s pretty filling. I ate half of the original size and I was stuffed: P Watch out for the water… the first cup was good but my sister said the 2nd cup had a strong chlorine taste. I think the taste varies with each cup. :(

I love Potbelly. I forget about it sometimes because there aren’t very many of them in Houston, but still, yum! The best sandwich: The Wreck. You have to get it, don’t question me. The bread is soft, the ingredients just seem to meld together. Oh man, I’m making myself hungry just thinking about it. They have GREAT shakes. I mean, delicious. And also really yummy cookies and brownies. Their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are the best. The people that work here are fun and outgoing. The establishment is clean and homey. If you’ve never been to Potbelly but you love sandwiches, get your rear-end in there!

I dig this place! Since this area is pretty much drowning in bread buns and sandwich shops, it’s hard to tell which is better than the other(speaking of which, there is a WhichWhich right across the street, and i STILL like Potbelly better!!!) I will go out on a limb and say this one is better than most. Okay, at least in my mind. To me this place is clean, not overly chaotic, well organized, and I definitely would rather go Potbelly than Subway. They know how to keep it simple, and at lunchtime or when you are not able to wait around forever and a day in a line for food, simple is great! Especially when it is delicious and comes with good service. I tried the«Skinny» Turkey and Swiss, which is basically just a Panini style of sandwich, and I had them add extra of the hot pepper relish. This was marvelous!!! Great bread I must say, usually it’s just there as a vessel but this bread is way too good to be called that. This is what I call Eatin Bread! And eatin is exactly what I did, and the eatin here at Potbelly sure was good.
