Was exemplary, when it first opened, but tonight we went and they had no chicken nuggets, which are on their menu board. Wait time for the food was about forty-five minutes, for some customers, and about five minutes for other customers. Another customer, who’d been waiting before me with his wife, remarked to me, ‘They always get at least a number of things wrong with our order, and we’ve been back here three times, just tonight, still trying to get our order completed correctly.‘ We ordered a twelve-piece, and our chicken batter was rock hard! I have an abscessed tooth and this was an extremely painful meal. OUCH! It was like biting down on rocks, or stones, just trying to dig down to see if there was any actual bird beneath the gravel hard batter. Their red beans and rice are almost tasteless, with no taste to them. And, just as another reviewer stated, they charge like three bucks just for a side of gravy. They refunded my order, but my teeth still hurt and my mouth is still reeling from the paid for pain. Next time I will, oh so conveniently, drive, almost less than a mile, upto the Church’s Chicken, up at the Mall, and enjoy a five-star chicken dinner while simultaneously paying about ten to twenty bucks less than Popeyes. I keep having to remind whoever I’m with how far down the commode Popeye’s has gone, but their flashy look, bright orange logo, and nice looking, modern, new, restaurants keep drawing the slow thinking diners in, ad infinitum.

All the reviews on here is so correct! Horrible customer service! I don’t understand why these girls are so rude… We came here before and came through the drive thru and the cashier was so rude to my husband for no apparent reason… Cause he asked for ketchup?! So then I tried it again today after a few months from the last and still… Nothing has changed! I feel so sorry for the owner of this location because they’re losing business and the business is so new and in such a great location. To top that off the chicken here is so old and dry… I don’t think anything is made fresh and stays out for a long time. So disappointed

This is by far the WORST Popeyes I’ve ever been too. There is NO customer service, ATALL! I ordered through the drive-thru, paid for my meal and was asked to pull into a parking space, that’s it, no other instruction. I was asked to pull into a parking space as the customer before me was asked to pull forward. I waited 20 minutes figuring the cook time for chicken should be 10 – 15 min. I went in to ask(I was very nice figuring there were about five other people«waiting around». The girl behind the counter asked me a couple of questions and she seemed a little suspect of my request. Anyway, I received my order and was NEVER apologized to, nothing. To add insult to injury, the food tasted like crap! Steer clear of this location, go next door to Frenchy’s. I wouldn’t even give these idiots one star but I’m forced to give at least one star, so for the record my rating is NOSTARS!!!

I don’t usually review fast food places, but this place is exceptionally bad and there appear to be a couple shill reviews swimming around. This Popeyes is consistently one of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The workers consistently get the order incorrect. They also don’t really know how to use the computers in front of them. Even the most benign order is likely to get you tied up with a manager due to the poor training and tremendous cognitive deficits of the staff. I am not kidding when I state, the ones I dealt with really should not be employed by any establishment. To add insult to injury, they often do not even stock many of the menu items. You have to go through two or three iterations(no matter the time of day) before they«have» what you are trying to order. Of course, the icing on top is having to communicate to the walking dead behind the counter what is wrong either on the receipt or the order(as you might guess they rarely agree with each other or what you actually asked for). Caveat emptor. The service is bad. The food often cold, old or unavailable. If I could give zero stars I would. It’s a shameful establishment. (Upon review of my review … my significant other wholeheartedly agrees with this assessment).

Terrible service. We ordered 16 pieces and was told it would be a 12 minute wait. 20 minutes later and we go to check on our order and they made the wrong flavor. Again, we were told 12 more minutes, and AGAIN it took 20 minutes.

This is one of the better Popeyes. Much quicker than the usual min wage run establishments in the area. Just don’t piss any one off or you may get more than you ordered.

Where do I start? Well first off this a «fast food» restaurant and you’re suppose to receive food FAST. They gave me EXTREMELY old chicken and when I asked for fresh chicken the manager refused and stated«we getting ready to close» so I had no other option but a refund. It was 9:20pm. It’s suppose to be about the consumer, right? Just when I was excited about this location, the staff drops the ball.

the staff is horrible, especially the manager! The first thing I heard was an inappropriate conversation between the manager and her employees. The manager was on her cell phone and her over all demeanor was extremely unpleasant. With that being said the food fine, but being that this location had just opened, my expectations were just a lot higher.
