Popeyes

This place drives me crazy. If I wasn’t practically addicted to their mashed potatoes I’d probably stop going! I feel like every time I go there’s some sort of problem. Once they completely messed up the order, another time they were «out» of chicken so I waited 15 minutes at the drive through, and today I got my food in a greasy paper bag on a regular basket, even though I went through the drive through.
The food itself isn’t that bad; it’s greasy fast food, so there aren’t many complaints, but the service is lacking so much! Simple training could do a lot for the restaurant as a whole. The staff needs to know the menu and the basics of service. I feel like I’ve only ever been there when one person is working, even though I go at busy times. Are they short staffed? What’s the issue?
Other than the random mix-​ups and service, it’s *usually* not a bad place to go. I would be there more often if I could count on being served in a timely manner!

This was the best location I’ve ever been to. The customer service was great and everything was fresh. My biscuit was so good I think they were whipping up the batter as I placed my order!

I come here 3 – 4 times per month. They’ve never gotten a order wrong, never not been friendly and the food has never failed to be delicious. Always go spicy. Never pass on Red Beans and Rice. Try the Blackened Ranch dipping Sauce. Enjoy.

I ordered their chicken strips meal with the 2 pc shrimp, biscuit and mashed potatoes. It was ok, probably won’t order it next time since the strips seemed like they we’re sliced which cause to look smaller and their 2 pc shrimp was not all that great either. I’ll just stick to their regular spicy chicken.

Sat here for over 10 minutes for a 2 piece. No communication as to what was taking so long. Very disappointed.

Great chicken when they serve it freshly cooked (⁵⁰⁄₅₀). When it is not freshly cooked, dried out. If you are going through drive through always check your order before you leave. They consistently mess up orders.

Best Popeyes I have been to! Customer service was awesome, food came out fast and hot! I will never go to another Popeyes because this one is that great.

Love that Chicken at Popeyes, BUT! It’s been a bit disappointing lately, today I went to get a great customer appreciation deal, 8pc for $ 4.99, I also purchased 8 biscuits, the main problem as its becoming customary was the Biscuits, Don’t get me wrong they make some of my favorite but lately they are a bit DRY, today was worst than last time which inspired me to write this review, I would like Management to correct this problem so I can continue enjoying this biscuits. The other problem I had was the condiments, they included a few packs of Honey «Sauce» with my take-​home order and when I took them out of he bag, «NASTY» all the packs where sticky, this needs to be addressed… I would like to love my experience at Popeyes, not just the chicken.

Everytime I step into a Popeyes I feel like Wesley Snipes in the movie Passenger 57. The waiter/​waitress plays the antagonist of this drama. «Sir would you like that Mild or Spicy»? They say it like there’s a choice, like there is an option, like the looms of fate are not already cast towards spicy… still they ask. All I can tell them is «always bet on spicy»

Without a doubt one of the best run Popeye’s I have ever been to! Hot chicken, biscuits, sides await you along with excellent customer service, friendly employees that make this Popeye’s stand out above the others. They have a tv in the dining area if you want to eat in. Very clean restaurant! They have numerous coupons online and in local ads. Enjoy!
